We are looking for an experienced Senior Mobile Engineer to join our R&D team in developing our next-generation B2C application in terms of technology and UI/UX.
As a Senior Mobile Engineer, you will learn the ins and outs of the technology and are expected to constantly improve our working practices and code base.
Our ideal candidate will join our team, which develops and constantly deploys multi-platform apps for iOS and Android using Google's new Flutter development framework, which was just announced by GitHub as the "Fastest-growing language".

Responsibilities:
Implement and own cross-platform features; be involved and impact the entire application lifecycle (concept, design, test, release, and production support)
Collaborate with team members on technological and architectural topics
Acquire an in-depth understanding of our technical challenges and strive to improve them
Follow engineering best practices (unit testing, automation, code reviews, etc.) and keep up to date with the latest trends and technologies of flutter and app design
Work with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand the desired application requirements and provide your feedback to improve the outcome of the feature

Job Description:
Design and develop mobile applications for iOS and Android.
Collaborate with designers and other developers to create user-friendly interfaces.
Optimize applications for performance, usability, and reliability.
Debug and troubleshoot application issues.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in mobile development.

The Mobile Team Lead will be part of an agile development team, building and working on our mobile iOS app mostly based on top of swift development stack. The Team Lead will provide technical and team leadership through coaching, mentorship and as well as hands-on coding (about 50%).
Responsibilities:
Manage a team of 4-5 developers
Create a continuous and ongoing work plan for the team
Determine goals and objectives at the beginning of each development cycle until it is accomplished
Design and develop APIs and Services to support millions of active users
Collaborate with product managers to ensure requirements are met and delivered accurately
Provide estimates for project timelines from design until delivery
Support and assist developers at code level
Ensure the quality of the code (code reviews)
Keep the team in line with all activities and task prioritization
