As a Senior frontend developer, you will play a crucial role in building our banking platform, financial products, and design system. You'll collaborate closely with product managers to define product requirements and with product designers to shape the UI/UX. Together, we'll create an innovative, customer-focused, end-to-end financial SaaS platform. This platform will also be utilized by our esh bank, making it an integral part of our industry-disrupting company.

Responsibilities
You, as our Frontend Developer:
Be a squad member in one of our scrum product squads and work closely with all other squad members (backend, qa, product).
Develop a user-friendly and accessible interface based on product design.
Write and maintain unit and integration tests using Jest and/or other testing frameworks.
Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code while making sure our customers are having the best experience.
Open and approve pull request for other guild members while implementing guild coding standards.
Tackle tough problems and find creative ways to solve them.
Work on cutting-edge technologies and become an industry leader.

What will you be doing?

Design and develop a 24/7 high-scale, low-latency distributed system.
Lead design efforts, write technical design documents, and hold design review meetings.
Be a technical leader; research and promote new technologies and tools in the back end and front end.
Face technical challenges - performance, fault-tolerance, security, and live production issues.
Be a part of a team that uses a CI/CD approach. Taking ownership of all
developing stages from design, through developing and automatic testing, deployment, and ownership of the product in production

You will be leading an engineering group composed of 4 teams, building our core infrastructure that serves the entire engineering organization, as well as the product.
