We are seeking a dynamic Website Strategic Lead with a strong foundation in website management to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Website Leadership
Own and evolve the long-term website strategy as a core marketing and business asset.
Plan the website architecture and content structure strategically to reflect our evolving brand and product complexity.
Proactively define the quarterly roadmap of website projects, aligning with business priorities, product launches, and go-to-market campaigns.
Identify key opportunities for website expansion, reorganization, and modularity to support ongoing growth and cross-functional scalability.
Website Operations and Management
Lead all website operations across structure, performance, content, and UX.
Define and implement scalable processes for website project intake, prioritization, execution, and QA.
Work closely and mentor the web team including a website manager, designer, copywriter, and developer.
Work hand-in-hand with product marketing, demand gen, studio, and external vendors.
CRO and Performance Optimization
Analyze website performance using GA4, Looker, Tag Manager, Hotjar, and other tools to drive data-backed improvements.
Plan and execute A/B testing and CRO initiatives to improve conversion paths across the site.
Align website goals with funnel stages and buyer journeys to maximize impact on acquisition, education, and conversion.
Technical Ownership and Risk Management
Maintain and continuously optimize the WordPress CMS, infrastructure, and performance (page speed, mobile, accessibility).
Ensure site architecture supports SEO best practices, schema, structured data, and crawlability.
Anticipate technical and operational risks, support troubleshooting, and ensure scalability for future needs.
Requirements: 3+ years in website management or digital product ownership within a SaaS environment.
Proven success in leading strategic website projects that span UX, content, and infrastructure.
Deep understanding of WordPress, including plugins, custom templates, and integrations.
Strong grasp of conversion rate optimization, user journeys, and website performance metrics.
Analytical mindset with a track record of data-informed decision-making.
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS, with the ability to scope and review development needs.
Comfortable managing cross-functional web projects with multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities.
Experience working with SEO, page speed optimization, and front-end best practices.
