We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to support the integration and continuous improvement of native solutions within SAP platforms such as SuccessFactors, S/4HANA, Ariba, and SAP CX.
This is an internal-facing role focused on managing native integrations and facilitating technical collaboration between SAPs Center of Excellence (CoE) Design Team and R&D/Product teams.
You will be responsible for ensuring successful deployment, compatibility, and optimization of SAP platforms, helping to scale the Embedded Program according to SAP and shared standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage technical native integrations of into SAP platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors, S/4HANA, Ariba, SAP CX).
Act as the primary technical liaison between SAP CoE Design team and R&D/Product teams.
Gather and translate business needs from SAP teams into technical requirements for engineering and product teams.
Manage technical escalations and ensure platform compatibility, integration quality, accessibility, multi-language, and theming requirements are consistently met.
Create and implement standardized processes for technical validation, account setup, and platform-specific optimization.
Support the QA processes by collaborating with dedicated QA teams to maintain high product and content standards.
Contribute to continuous improvement of integration methodology and platform-specific optimizations.
Drive coordination for future enhancements by collecting feedback from SAP product owners and content creators.
Requirements: Strong technical project management experience in large-scale SaaS and enterprise software environments.
Experience managing technical escalations and working closely with R&D/Product teams.
Knowledge of WalkMe deployment requirements: snippet integrations, SSO/IDP setups, multi-language frameworks, accessibility standards.
Proficiency with basic web technologies: HTML and JavaScript.
Proven ability to coordinate multi-stakeholder projects across internal organizations.
(Optional but recommended) Familiarity with SAP platforms such as SuccessFactors, S/4HANA, Ariba, or CX.
