We are building a focused internal initiative inside our company, designed to accelerate innovation and bring a new AI Agent to market faster. This role is social-first and creator-driven, focused on building organic momentum from zero by turning product ideas and POVs into engaging content: short-form video, social narratives, creator collaborations, and influencer-style distribution. This full-stack marketer will be a core member of that initiative.
You will work day-to-day with product, design, and development teams in a fast-moving, venture-style environment. The work is concentrated, agile, and highly collaborative. Although you will align with the central marketing organization for guidance, resources, and brand standards, you will operate independently and shape your own roadmap.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working inside a startup-like team within a larger company. Someone who likes owning the entire marketing execution, building from zero, thinking and acting like an entrepreneur, and partnering deeply with product to turn ideas into real, market-ready experiences.
You will work across the entire marketing stack while managing a small network of freelancers and collaborating with agencies as needed. Youll personally drive core execution.
What will you do
Operate as the marketing lead for an internal venture - work directly with product and engineering teams each day to shape positioning, messaging, experiments, user engagement loops, and go-to-market motions.
Build and scale organic growth across social platforms - personally ideate, create, and produce content, including hands-on video creation, while designing and running creator and influencer marketing programs.
Build and run the marketing engine - own campaign creation and execution across paid, social, email, landing pages, and content.
Work with agencies and freelancers - manage a small roster of task-specific freelancers (creative, video, ops, social) to produce assets quickly and efficiently. Work with performance agencies in early phases for paid campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic).
AI-first execution - use AI tools to accelerate production of copy, creative, video, research, optimization, and experimentation loops.
Run campaigns at scale - build multi-channel campaigns that drive awareness, signups, pipeline, and paid customers.

This role blends strong software engineering skills with a quality-first mindset. Youll design and build scalable automation solutions, integrate them into CI/CD pipelines, and work closely with developers to ensure high-quality releases.
What Youll Do
Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for UI, API, and integration testing.
Write high-quality automation using TypeScript and Playwright.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
Collaborate closely with developers, product, and DevOps to improve testability and automation coverage.
Analyze test failures, debug issues, and drive root-cause resolution.
Define automation strategies and best practices to improve reliability and scalability.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of backend services using Java, Spring, and modern frameworks, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
Architect and optimize RESTful and asynchronous APIs (GraphQL/gRPC/event‑driven) to support both internal services and external integrations.
Integrate AI agents and backend services leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and other machine‑learning technologies, guiding implementation best practices.
Drive system architecture discussions and decisions, participate in enterprise‑wide design reviews, and contribute to ongoing process and technology improvements.
Collaborate closely with Product, Frontend, DevOps,s and Data teams to deliver secure, robust, and scalable solutions, translating business requirements into technical specifications.
Establish and evolve CI/CD pipelines and automated testing strategies (unit, integration, load, and security tests) to ensure high code quality and smooth releases.
Diagnose and resolve complex production issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to improve system reliability and performance.

Own the website as a growth product and the technical engine behind our PLG funnel from first visit to product activation. Youll lead web delivery, ensure a seamless website → product experience, and own all SEO activity (technical + on-page implementation + SEO release governance). Youll also bring an advantage in GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and practical LLM usage to ship faster and optimize for AI-driven discovery.
Web Growth & Conversion
Treat the website as a product: improve conversion rates, sign-ups, and activation.
Build and optimize landing pages, funnels, and key journeys; run and analyze A/B tests.
Improve frictionless onboarding from website → product (signup flows, handoffs, activation triggers).
Website Engineering Ownership
Own site architecture, CMS/codebase, deployments, QA, monitoring, and incident response.
Drive performance improvements (Core Web Vitals), accessibility, and security/compliance (GDPR/CCPA basics).
Establish reusable components/templates to ship pages and experiments quickly.
SEO Ownership (End-to-End)
Own the SEO roadmap and execution: technical SEO (crawl/indexation, canonicals, redirects, internal linking), on-page implementation, and SEO QA for releases.
Implement and maintain structured data/schema, site hygiene, and scalable SEO patterns (templates, programmatic pages where relevant).
Partner with content/PMM on strategy, but youre accountable for implementation quality and SEO outcomes.
GEO + LLM (Advantage)
Optimize content structure and page patterns for AI search and LLM answers (clear entities, answer-first sections, comparison tables, FAQs, integration pages).
Use LLMs to accelerate prototyping, development, debugging, documentation, and content-to-page production-with quality guardrails (testing, validation, review).
Analytics & Measurement
Ensure clean event tracking, funnel reporting, and attribution support (UTMs, lifecycle tracking, experiment measurement).
Build dashboards/insights with Growth and Marketing Ops to track website-to-product performance.
Leadership
Lead web development execution (prioritization, sprints, code reviews, standards).
Collaborate closely with Marketing , Product, and Sales to keep the funnel and data flow reliable.
