The Role: Head of Product
As LevelUPs Head of Product, you will own the end-to-end product strategy across our products portfolio - GenAI solutions to increase software delivery performance, including collaboration with industry leaders like Microsoft; a talent development platform targeted to enhance employees skills proficiency; a Software Engineering Intelligence (SEI) platform to provide teams and leaders with performance insights; and a modern delivery platform offering teams with the best in-class development tools.

What is this job all about?
Product Leadership: Provide product leadership to a team of Product Managers, defining and driving the vision for a set of products in the Technological Excellence domain.
Product Mentoring: Work with a team of Product Managers to mentor, assist, build and define roadmaps, business requirements, development plans and roll-out plans.
Stakeholders Management: Work with partners in the US and other stakeholders (upper management, Dev Leads, Customers, Go-to-market functions, and more) to promote our business objectives.

Requirements:
Proven Extraordinary Product Impact: 10+ years experience in software product development roles, from which 5+ years in a product-management leadership position within global organizations, as part of a fast-paced, high-growth product team.
Ability to lead several products within a single domain in parallel: proven experience in doing so, while establishing the required supportive processes to enable cross-products alignment and cooperation, to drive the different products towards success.
Subject Matter Expert in the software delivery lifecycle domain. Previous experience as a developer is a plus.
