abra BI Division is seeking an AI Business Implementation Consultant & Instructor to help organizations identify, prioritize, and implement practical AI solutions that create measurable business value. This role is designed for professionals who combine strong business or analytical experience with excellent communication, consulting, and facilitation skills. We are not looking for a traditional AI trainer. We are looking for someone who can work closely with managers and business leaders, understand business processes and operational challenges, identify AI opportunities, and guide organizations through practical AI adoption and implementation. The ideal candidate has a background in Business Analysis, Financial Analysis, BI, Data Analysis, Process Improvement, Consulting, or Digital Transformation, and is passionate about helping organizations translate AI capabilities into real business outcomes. This is a full-time position based in Ra'anana, including travel to customer sites across Israel.
Key Responsibilities
* Meet with managers and business stakeholders to understand business processes, operational challenges, and organizational goals.
* Identify opportunities where AI can improve productivity, decision-making, efficiency, and business performance.
* Translate business needs, workflows, and pain points into practical AI use cases and implementation plans.
* Guide managers and teams in adopting Microsoft Copilot and other AI solutions in their day-to-day work.
* Conduct practical AI workshops, executive sessions, and one-on-one consultations.
* Support organizations in moving from AI awareness to measurable business implementation.
* Analyze business workflows and recommend AI-driven improvements.
* Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to drive successful AI adoption initiatives.
* Act as a trusted advisor for AI innovation, productivity improvement, and business transformation.
* Help organizations build sustainable AI adoption habits and identify future opportunities for expansion.
Requirements: Required Qualifications
* Significant experience in one or more of the following: Business Analysis, Financial Analysis, BI Analysis, Data Analysis, Process Improvement, Business Consulting, Digital Transformation, Product Management, Pre-Sales or Solution Consulting
* Strong business understanding and ability to identify operational, financial, managerial, and organizational opportunities for AI implementation.
* Proven experience working with managers, executives, and senior stakeholders.
* Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and consulting skills.
* Ability to translate complex business challenges into practical and actionable solutions.
* Strong familiarity with Microsoft Copilot and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
* High learning agility and passion for emerging AI technologies and business innovation.
* Professional presence and confidence in customer-facing environments.
* Ability to lead discussions, challenge assumptions, and uncover new business opportunities. Preferred Qualifications
* Experience implementing AI, BI, automation, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives.
* Experience working in consulting environments or customer-facing advisory roles.
* Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern AI ecosystems.
* Experience leading organizational change and technology adoption programs.
* Experience measuring business impact, ROI, productivity improvements, or operational efficiency initiatives.
