Position Includes: Help manage the companys DevOps infrastructure. Build, manage & maintain CI/CD pipelines for code builds and automation testing, enabling fast and reliable SW release. Monitor system performance & availability. Manage security roles & code analysis. Configuration management - Cross platform. Work closely with development teams. Maintain and improve existing processes and infrastructure. Review analysis results, generate reports, clear documentation (processes, systems, code pipelines, infrastructure, troubleshooting, logging).

Work with cutting-edge technologies, utilizing the latest tools like Kubernetes, Helm, Prometheus, Thanos, and OpenTelemetry to build next-generation SaaS platforms
Operate across major cloud providers, including AWS, GCP, and Azure to build and scale our infrastructure, while proactively identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies to implement automation and optimization solutions
Design, deploy, and optimize Kubernetes-based environments for applications to ensure high-availability and scalability
Establish and manage comprehensive monitoring and logging systems, such as Coralogix and Grafana, to proactively identify issues and ensure full uptime in production environments
Collaborate closely with various teams across , including R&D, Product, and Security, to ensure that DevOps practices adhere to security standards and compliance requirements
Participate in technical discussions to influence the roadmap and help make key decisions regarding the successful implementation of cloud platform initiatives
Design innovative solutions for monitoring large-scale SaaS environments, keeping both application and infrastructure challenges in mind
Implement CI/CD automated processes with a heavy emphasis on monitoring tools and deployment orchestration to streamline delivery

As a Professional Service DevOps Engineer you will...
Work with customers to design, set up, and build CI/CD pipelines and DevOps platform using products and other cutting-edge technologies and practices like Docker, Kubernetes, IaC, and Cloud Native
Team up with Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Development while working directly with Devs and DevOps Pros to ensure success with the customers DevOps journey using the platform
Set up, design, and build CI pipelines with Docker, NPM, Java, Pypi etc. (Binary Repositories, Distribution to Devices, and Continuous Build Tooling)
Train the open source community and customers
Influence the features and roadmap of tools based on customer needs
Keep current with the latest technology trends related to DevOps and the landscape of CI/CD Technology

We're seeking a skilled and experienced DevOps Engineer with AWS expertise to join our DevOps team.
In this key role, you will be focusing on managing our cloud infrastructure, on CI/CD solutions and on helping drive our automation and infrastructure initiatives forward.
Responsibilities:
Manage multi-region cloud infrastructure (AWS) and Kubernetes clusters.
Manage high-availability infrastructure provisioning and scaling, disaster recovery and backup.
Manage CI/CD solutions for automated application and infrastructure deployments.
Monitor and ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of systems and workflows.
Optimize cloud costs and resource utilization.
Write code necessary to improve our DevOps/monitoring infrastructure.

We're looking for a Technical Product Manager to lead the growth of our proxy products and the optimization of our proxy networks. Unlike a traditional PM role, this position is infrastructure-heavy. The focus is on network performance, routing efficiency, and latency optimization while UI/UX come second. The "user" is often a developer or an automated system, and the "product" is a high-speed, reliable gateway to the web.
Responsibilities:
Own and optimize the full customer journey of our proxy networks, with primary focus on performance, scalability, routing efficiency, and latency optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, especially R&D for product development and enhancement
Lead continuous improvements of proxy products, track performance KPIs and milestones
Translate complex infrastructure requirements into clear product specifications and technical documentation.
