What Youll Do
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Product, UX, and Visual Designers.
Define, evolve, and scale the product design strategy, processes, and systems across platforms.
Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Research teams to deliver seamless, high-quality user experiences.
Foster a culture of innovation through experimentation, motion, interaction, and storytelling.
Champion a fan-first design approach, rooted in community, engagement, and behavioral insights.
Requirements: 8+ years of experience in digital product design, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels, from vision through execution.
Proven track record designing B2C consumer-facing products for mobile and web; Connected TV experience is a strong advantage.
A compelling portfolio of interactive, high-engagement digital experiences.
Deep experience working in agile, cross-functional product organizations.
Demonstrated success in scaling design teams, systems, and end-to-end product design processes.
Passion for fan-centered design, including community, gamification, motion, and storytelling.
Genuine passion for sports and fan behavior is essential.
