As an Employee Experience Specialist, you will:
Have an opportunity to gain experience in employee experience, engagement and culture programs, while developing practical skill
Be the focal point for all employee needs across key lifecycle moments, from onboarding through day-to-day support to offboarding
Plan and execute creative wellbeing initiatives within the EEX function, such as team events, in-office celebrations, individual gifts and recognition and volunteering
Create meaningful moments and experiences that drive employee engagement and make a lasting impact
Support employee-centric programs and processes
Proactively connect with employees, sense needs, identify gaps and help drive thoughtful solutions.
Requirements: A positive attitude and strong interpersonal and communication skills
Creative, out-of-the-box thinking, and ability to stay up to date with the latest market trends
Strong operational, multitasking, creative thinking and project management skills
Strong analytical skills and high proficiency in Microsoft Office (excel + ppt)
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew.
