We are seeking a hands-on MarCom professional to cover a maternity leave (time range between 6-10 months) and lead Israels day-to-day marketing communications within a global defense-tech group.
The role combines execution, exhibition and event management, vendor coordination, and close collaboration with global stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Execute local MarCom activities including exhibitions, conferences, events, and marketing collateral
Manage vendors, budgets, purchase orders, invoices, and marketing inventory
Maintain website content and support ongoing marketing operations
Manage social media activity, including content planning and copywriting
Work closely with global teams to ensure brand consistency and timely delivery

Requirements: 3-4 years of experience in Marketing Communications / Marketing Operations
Defense industry experience - required
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Proven experience managing exhibitions and conferences (local international)
Strong vendor, budget, and operational management skills
ERP experience (Priority - advantage)
Strong attention to detail, project management skills, and visual sensibility
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-paced environment
