We are seeking a hands-on IT Information Systems Manager to lead our IT infrastructure, business systems, and security operations at our Center district site.
This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution to ensure secure, scalable, and reliable technology solutions that support business growth.
In this role you will
Lead and scale IT infrastructure, operations, and business systems while managing security, compliance, risk, and business continuity initiatives.
Drive automation, integrations, and operational efficiency, oversee SaaS platforms, vendors, procurement, and IT budgets, define IT processes and operational standards, collaborate with cross-functional teams and C -level stakeholders, and ensure the availability and performance of business-critical systems.
Requirements: BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
+5 years of experience as an IT Manager /Lead in a startup or high-growth environment with strong hands-on capabilities
Experience with Azure, Microsoft 365, AWS, or similar cloud platforms
Experience leading security and compliance initiatives (ISO 27001/27032)
Experience building and scaling IT infrastructure, including VPN, firewalls, and network technologies
Experience with Identity Access Management (SSO, MFA)
Experience with endpoint management platforms (Intune or similar)
Experience with security and monitoring tools ( SIEM, NAC, phishing protection, etc.)
Experience with backup and data protection solutions
Strong experience with Windows and Linux (Ubuntu)
