The Treasury Manager reports to the VP of Corporate Finance and oversees the global treasury operations.
Key responsibilities:
Lead and develop the Corporate Treasury team and ensure talent development and coaching.
Manage the daily global treasury operations, including cash position, cash forecasting, bank account setup and maintenance, and bank credit lines.
Develop and maintain global cash flow forecasts and trend analysis.
Monitor global collection and maintain a close relationship with respective partners.
Implement hedging strategies to mitigate interest rates and foreign exchange risks.
Manage credit insurance and credit extension to customers.
Manage the global insurance portfolio.
Support M&A financing deals and post-acquisition activities.
Maintain credit rating agency relationships.
Prepare covenants and financial deliverables packages.
Support month/quarter-end closing and financial reporting processes.
Leading implementation of Treasury management system and other treasury tools
Support or lead projects as needed.

Role Overview
As an HR Operations & Payroll Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting payroll processes and HR administrative functions. You will ensure accurate and timely attendance and payroll processing, maintain employee records, and assist with various HR activities.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll:
Assist with the payroll process, including onboarding new employees and processing leaving employees.
Manage the employee attendance system.
Upload various files into the payroll system, such as expense reimbursements, meals, fuel, cars etc.
Produce reports as needed.
Collaborate with pension agents.
Respond to employee inquiries.
HR Operations & Administration:
Maintain HR databases and reports, and manage employees document creation, submission, and management
Responsible for employee on-boarding, off-boarding, and changes in employee life cycle in the SAP HR system
Work closely with other members of the global HR team to support in managing the HR data in SAP HR
Support and manage day-to-day operations and projects and assist with the execution of a range of activities within the area of HR
Own internal HR systems and databases, maintain accurate and updated people files
Maintain data systems, data cleaning, and data integrity

Basic Job Purpose:
Manage projects related to product line lifecycle from all technical aspects.
Main Duties:
Management of various projects within the Engineering department.
ECO initiation, management and implementation.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
Report and escalate to management as needed.
Ensure products are manufactured based on the standards set by the organization.
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Perform risk management to minimize potential risks.

Coordinating the assigned products activities in a multi-functional organization; including marketing, sales, operations, engineering, and services teams, while ensuring compliance with quality systems and regulatory requirements

Manages and train Regulatory Affairs representatives and associated processes for preparation of product submissions, including 510(K), CE Technical Files (MDD and MDR), China, Canada, Japan, South Korea, and Australia and other International Countries.

The Engineering Student is responsible for updating and maintaining engineering and technical processes within the engineering team of a medical device company.

Updating and maintaining engineering and technical documentation.
Supporting manufacturing and production processes.
Handling ERP-related tasks and data management.
Assisted the engineering team with ongoing projects and process improvements.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams (Engineering, QA, Production).
Working with SolidWorks to support design and documentation tasks.

The QA Engineer is responsible for developing and maintaining the companys Quality Management System in accordance with various medical device requirements.

Main responsibilities:

Work closely with the engineering, operations and supply chain teams, both in Israel and the USA, providing ongoing (sustain) product support and supporting NPI activities (e.g., parts and materials specifications, equipment qualification, facility and infrastructure qualification and process controls.
Good mechanical and electrical knowledge to enable conducting process nonconformities investigations and implementation of corrective actions.
Leading and supporting CAPA activities.
Supplier Quality: Approval of new suppliers, analyse suppliers performance, Supplier auditing and SCAR management.
Proactively initiate and support process improvements, through improved process controls, statistical techniques and use of various production related SW tools.
Supporting Computer Software Validation activities both in R&D and production, Understanding 21CFR part11 requirements.
Auditing: Perform internal auditing in accordance with ISO19011 and support all activities related to external audits.

The Complaints Investigator will be responsible to Conduct costumer complaint investigations, identify root causes and issue an investigation report. Additionally support reportability assessment to the FDA.

Main responsibilities:

Conduct and lead customer complaint investigation related to mechanical issues, hardware issues, software issues, handling issues or production issues.
Work closely with the representative team in order to understand the nature of the complaint.
Work closely with SW and HW engineers, as well as the product team to determine the root cause of failure and ensure investigations are in compliance with the companys applicable policies.
Communicate and escalate investigation results and facilitate failure investigation decision process.
Provide recommendations to prevent failure recurrence and support for nonconformance/CAPA and ECO actions.
