We're looking for a Senior Computer Vision Engineer with a passion for deep learning, real-world impact, and collaborative innovation. In This Role, You Will: Lead design and implementation of computer vision & deep learning models (e.g. CNNs, transformers) for scene understanding and human-object interaction
Work with multimodal data (video, sensor, medical imaging)
Research, experiment, and optimize algorithms for real-world surgical environments
Own end-to-end development: data prep, modeling, testing, validation, and integration
Collaborate in a multidisciplinary, agile R&D environment
You Bring: MSc or higher in CS/EE/Math/Physics (PhD a plus)
5+ years of hands-on experience in Computer Vision and ML
Strong skills in Python & C ++, TensorFlow or PyTorch
Experience with OpenCV, IPP, Linux, and modern ML toolkits
Background in video understanding, GNNs, or scene analysis is a plus
Excellent teamwork, ownership, and communication skills
Bonus Points For: Experience in medical devices
Familiarity with LMM/VLM frameworks (e.g., CLIP, Flamingo)
