We are looking for an experienced Automation Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. This role is ideal for someone with a solid background in automation development, who thrives in an agile environment and is passionate about continuous learning and collaboration.
What will your job look like:
Design, develop, debug, and maintain automation solutions using Python and Airflow
Integrate and monitor workflows using Grafana for observability and alerting
Work with Visa protocol (or similar) for secure data exchange and communication
Collaborate cross-functionally with developers, product managers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality automated systems
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize automation pipelines for performance and reliability
Contribute to architectural decisions and improvements in automation frameworks and tools
Maintain clear documentation and knowledge sharing with team members.
Requirements: B.sc. in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or related fields
710 years of hands-on experience in automation development
Proficient in Python with a strong understanding of scripting and automation frameworks
Solid experience with Apache Airflow for workflow orchestration
Hands-on experience with Grafana or similar observability platforms
Familiarity with the Visa protocol or other secure transaction protocols
Strong understanding of CI/CD and DevOps principles
Experience working in Agile development environments
Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
Strong communication abilities (both written and verbal)
Demonstrated self-learning and problem-solving mindset
Highly independent with strong accountability and time management
Adaptable and open to feedback in a collaborative setting
Nice to Have
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other container technologies
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
