* Sourcing, negotiations, long term contract, build and maintain strategic relationship with key vendors and distributors
* Purchasing planning, execute MRP , material expedite escalation and procurement processes.
* Manage the tactical procurement team via a team leader, including order approvals, OTD measurement, deliveries, and returns.
* Oversee and control material arrivals and shortages in alignment with global planning Worldwide demand production work plans.
* Manage mechanical subcontractor: Capacity, outputs and priorities.
* Manage and oversee import and export activities related to procurement and finish goods.
* Oversee materials related to OBS (Obsolete) and EOL (End-of-Life) activities, ensuring smooth transitions.
* Establish and develop advanced procurement department and working methods.
* Identify opportunities for cost reduction and quality improvement
* Report to Global supply chain senior Director.

We are seeking a Global Project Manager to join our growing team. The position includes leading the operational and professional interface between the company’s global sites, with responsibility for coordinating ongoing activities, managing cross-organizational plans and processes, identifying gaps, and driving solutions to ensure business requirements are met, operational continuity is maintained, and continuous improvement is achieved. Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and coordinate ongoing activities with global sites.
* Lead S&OP / S&OE processes, including coordination across all relevant interfaces and driving decision-making.
* Manage Material Allocation plans and Inter-site Shipping Plans.
* Own Capacity Analysis globally, including resource utilization, identification of capacity constraints, and planning to ensure business requirements are met.
* Analyze operational gaps, provide management visibility, and lead corrective actions and Continuous Improvement processes.
* Lead professional discussions, track action items, and drive interfaces across local and global teams.
* Work cross-functionally with Planning, Production, Supply Chain, Program Management, Engineering, and Quality.
* Manage multiple interfaces in a global environment, including prioritization, problem-solving, and driving processes forward.
