We are looking for a Senior Customer Program Manager to join our Datacenter Engineering & Operations Team. In this critical role, you will be the cross-section between execution and strategy, driving impactful programs and delivering measurable results across many functions of the organization. What you'll be doing:
Drive Cross-Functional Execution: Provide horizontal leadership across R&D, Project Management, and Operations teams to deliver complex programs, resolve high-priority customer concerns, and ensure global alignment on objectives.
Act as a Trusted Partner to Internal R&D Customers: Build strong relationships with internal customers to understand operational and capacity needs and translate them into clear, actionable deployment and execution plans.
Own Program Communication & Visibility: Develop and present executive-level updates, dashboards, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to communicate program health, risks, and outcomes.
Enable Strategic Alignment & Road Mapping: Facilitate customer discussions to align priorities and ensure initiatives support long-term business objectives.
Optimize Capacity & Resource Planning: Build and manage resource models to forecast demand, prevent bottlenecks, and support large-scale infrastructure deployments.
Lead Issue Management & Resolution: Intake, prioritize, and drive closure of customer-reported concerns, ensuring accountability and timely resolution across teams.
Requirements: What we need to see:
Bachelors in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
12+ years of program/project management experience in the high-tech industry with a preferred focus on datacenter infrastructure.
You should have a history of influencing decisions and coordinating teams in a cross-functional, multinational environment.
Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to prioritize issues and drive cross-functional alignment.
