We're looking for a passionate and hands-on Global Internal Communications Coordinator to support telling our story and strengthening our culture. Reporting to the Director of Global Internal Communications for our company, you will play a key role in ensuring our employees feel informed, connected and inspired. What You Will Do
Content and Campaign Execution: Support the planning and implementation of internal communications projects and campaigns that foster employee engagement and belonging worldwide.
-Channel Coordination: Maintain and update global internal channels, including the intranet, newsletters, announcements, and virtual events, ensuring content is accurate, timely, and engaging.
-Content Creation & Storytelling: Draft and adapt clear, compelling, and culturally relevant messages and materials that connect with our diverse global workforce.
- Change Communication Assistance: Support managers and leaders in preparing and sharing communication around organizational changes and helping employees transition smoothly.
-Cross-Functional Support: Work closely with colleagues in HR, Communications, and business units to align messaging and provide consistent information across the organization.
-Creative Contribution: Suggest new formats, tools, and approaches to keep internal communications fresh and engaging.
Requirements: You are a collaborative communicator with a passion for connecting with people. You have:
3-5 years of professional experience in internal communications, employee engagement or a related field, preferably within a large, global organization.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills with native-level English fluency. (Fluency in Spanish is a strong plus).
-Strong organizational skills, with great attention to detail and an ability to juggle multiple projects.
-A proactive and flexible mindset, eager to learn and take initiative.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint; familiarity with design tools like Canva or Illustrator is a plus.
- A "can do" attitude, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-moving environment.
