abra is looking for a Dynamics System Analyst to join the CRM Division as part of its Microsoft activity
* Analyze and define business requirements for CRM systems, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
* Lead requirement gathering sessions and produce functional and technical specifications.
* Configure and implement CRM components: entities/tables, fields, forms, views, business rules, workflows, Power Automate flows, and Business Process Flows.
* Manage security roles, permissions, and team structures within the CRM.
Requirements: * 2–4 years of experience in CRM Dynamics systems analysis.
* Proven experience writing functional and technical specifications and translating business needs into system configurations.
* Hands-on involvement in CRM implementation, customization, integration, testing, and user training.
* Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service); ongoing support and maintenance; Security Clearance Level 3 – an advantage
