abra SAP Department is seeking for an SAP CRM Consultant. We are looking for a skilled SAP CRM Functional Consultant with strong business understanding and hands-on implementation capabilities to join the Digital & CRM domain in a leading retail and energy organization. The role focuses on implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP CRM On-Premise solutions while working in a complex, enterprise-scale environment that impacts large-scale customer experience and digital journeys. This role requires strong functional SAP CRM expertise, proven ability to lead end-to-end processes, and the capability to translate business needs into system solutions, specifications, and actionable deliverables across multiple stakeholders. A full-time position, based in the Sharon area, Israel. Key Responsibilities:
* Implement and maintain SAP CRM On-Premise solutions in alignment with business requirements
* Analyze and define end-to-end business processes across customer service, sales, and digital CRM journeys
* Lead projects and tasks from requirements gathering through design, implementation, and production rollout
* Write functional specifications and work closely with development, integration, QA, BI, and infrastructure teams
* Provide ongoing production support, troubleshooting, and resolution of system issues
* Work with multiple internal stakeholders and external system interfaces
* Support and guide users while ensuring system stability and continuous improvement
* Drive process optimization and business efficiency initiatives across CRM domains
Requirements: * At least 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP CRM implementation – mandatory
* Experience working directly with business users and leading requirements gathering
* Strong analytical thinking and deep understanding of business processes
* Experience working with system interfaces and integrations
* Proven ability to independently lead end-to-end tasks and deliverables
* Experience writing functional specifications and business process documentation
* Excellent interpersonal skills and strong team collaboration abilities
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, multi-tasking environment
