Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of Payment Product Managers, including mentoring, professional development, and performance management
Act as the primary authority for payments integrations across all external partners, working closely with internal product and engineering teams
Maintain deep, end-to-end knowledge of payments engine, internal products, and feature capabilities, and guide both team members and partners accordingly
Conduct technical and functional discovery sessions with partners in preparation for new integrations
Guide partners on payment architecture, APIs, SDKs, devices, and supported payment flows
Review integration designs and implementations to ensure alignment with standards and best practices
Support partners through integration milestones, certifications, and production readiness
Serve as a subject-matter expert for payment integrations across regions and payment methods
Own and oversee payment-related products or platforms, including roadmap definition, requirements, and delivery

Your key responsibilities will include:
Leading a monthly, quarterly and annual closing process to ensure accuracy of financial records including AP, accruals, billing team, revenue recognition, payroll journal entries, fixed assets, intangible assets and intercompany reconciliation.
Prepare and review key matters in the consolidated financial statements and related disclosures for SEC filings, including 6-K and 20F reports.
Work with subsidiaries teams, provide support and guidelines to the local finance teams.
Coordinate with external auditors during the annual audit and quarterly reviews.
Develop and maintain internal controls over financial reporting to ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements Including accounting memorandums and documentation of companys processes and policies.
