We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Talent Acquisition & Sourcing professional to lead end-to-end recruitment processes, build strategic talent pipelines, and develop recruitment partnerships that support the company’s growth. What will you do? • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes while partnering closely with hiring managers and stakeholders across the organization. • Conduct advanced sourcing and proactively identify top talent through LinkedIn, professional communities, social platforms, and additional recruitment channels. • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines and Talent Communities for key organizational roles. • Develop and manage relationships with academic institutions, professional communities, career fairs, and relevant organizations to expand recruitment channels and strengthen employer presence. • Collaborate with the marketing team on employer branding initiatives, recruitment campaigns, and social media activities to increase candidate engagement and attract top talent. • Analyze recruitment metrics and sourcing effectiveness, including funnel conversion rates and channel performance, to support data-driven hiring decisions. • Contribute to improving recruitment processes, candidate experience, and hiring workflows across the organization. • Support cross-organizational recruitment initiatives and collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the business.
Requirements: • 4–5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment and close partnership with hiring managers. • Experience recruiting for a variety of roles, including corporate, technological, and operational positions. • Strong hands-on sourcing experience and proven ability to identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn and additional sourcing platforms. • Experience building talent pipelines, candidate communities, and long-term recruitment strategies. • Experience working with academic institutions, professional communities, networking events, or recruitment partnerships – an advantage. • Strong connection to employer branding, recruitment marketing, and social media-driven hiring initiatives. • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a collaborative and proactive approach. • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and take ownership in a fast-paced environment. • Analytical mindset with the ability to work with recruitment data, hiring metrics, and sourcing performance. • Experience leading cross-organizational recruitment processes and collaborating with multiple stakeholders – an advantage.
