The role includes day-to-day support for a wide range of business applications across the organization, working closely with business users, internal IT teams, external vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders. The Application Support Specialist will serve as a key point of contact for application-related support, troubleshooting, user guidance, documentation, testing, and implementation activities. The role:

Participate in testing initiatives across multiple projects within the Ultrasound Mentor platform
Work closely with development teams to implement testing strategies and maintain quality standards
Execute complex testing scenarios for multidisciplinary products (hardware, software, algorithms)
Create and execute detailed test plans covering software requirements and system integration
Analyze testing results, document issues, and work with development teams toward resolution

the role will establish scalable processes, standard pod structures, and PI planning in line with R&D leaderships vision to improve throughput and efficiency. The position will act as a thought leader on agile best practices, supporting R&D leaders through training, documentation, and artefacts, while also ensuring strong visibility into R&D performance through reporting and key metrics such as cycle time, velocity, and throughput.
