Your role as a Product Designer in Marketing means your daily responsibilities may include:
Lead complex user flows with ownership over the design for top to bottom-of-the-funnel user experience.

we are looking for a Director, Product Design.
You will build and lead a full design department, owning the end-to-end user experience across all products. You'll be the connective tissue between product lines-synthesizing a coherent, intuitive experience from a sophisticated set of capabilities. And you'll be the person who defines what great UX looks like in the AI era: not just adapting to AI features, but rethinking how users interact with intelligence-first products.
Beyond the craft, you'll drive real operational change. Design AI-native experiences: conversational and agentic interfaces, generated content, states of uncertainty, and the trust and control patterns that help food industry professionals navigate our AI insights with ease.
Maintain and extend our design system on both sides: components and tokens in Figma, and their real counterparts in the code repo.
Work directly with engineers, product managers, marketing, and internal product builders, without a layer of translation in between.
Use AI tooling as part of your daily craft, from exploration through to working prototypes and, where it helps, real code.
Hold a holistic view of the product: how a single screen serves the user, the workflow it sits in, and the business outcome behind it.
