We are seeking an Associate Director of Credit Underwriting & Operations to build and lead the credit function at Mesh. In this role, you will shape the future of corporate payments through data-driven insights, strong controls, and automation, and set the credit strategy for a diverse base of B2B customers, including global enterprises and publicly traded companies.
You will own the credit portfolio and credit outcomes end-to-end and manage Meshs partnership with its warehouse bank. What Youll Do:
Build and lead Meshs credit function, owning the credit portfolio end-to-end, including setting and adjusting credit limits, monitoring trends, and driving proactive portfolio actions
Manage the partnership with Meshs warehouse bank, serving as the primary point of contact for portfolio reporting, diligence, and ongoing facility requirements
Design and refine underwriting and portfolio-risk strategies and scalable decisioning frameworks across lending products, industry segments, and customer profiles, using quantitative techniques, internal and external data, and financial analysis
Conduct forecasting, loss modeling, portfolio performance analysis, and due diligence for new programs and credit initiatives
Own credit policy, leading enhancements from design through execution and impact measurement
Build and improve operational credit workflows with Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Finance, and Compliance, driving control, automation, and efficiency as the business scales
Present portfolio insights, trends, and recommendations to C-level leadership to inform strategic decisions
Engage directly with customers, supporting diligence and onboarding for enterprise and global companies
Lead the evolution of Credit from a pure risk-minimization function into a driver of profitable growth and an incubator of new product initiatives

We're looking for a Senior Car Insurance Pricing Expert to help shape how we price risk across our global business, from our Tel Aviv office.
This isn't a traditional actuarial role. You'll sit at the intersection of Insurance, Data Science, Product, Engineering, and Business Strategy on our Insurance team, owning hard pricing and risk-management problems end to end. What am I going to do?
Own complex Trust & Safety operational initiatives from definition through execution, rollout and measurement.
Lead operational aspects of new moderation technologies, external vendor integrations and tooling improvements, including solutions such as automated and AI-assisted moderation.
Act as the operational owner for integrations: define requirements, identify dependencies, coordinate Product, Engineering, Data, Policy, Legal and vendor stakeholders, manage timelines and drive decisions to closure.
