We are looking for a skilled Software Developer with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in core software development ( C #, Python, and React ) to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, code, and maintain scalable applications using C # (.NET), Python, and React
- Build modern frontend components and custom UI controls using React (specifically within PCF), leveraging 'Vibe Coding' practices and cutting-edge AI coding agents to rapidly prototype and deploy visual interfaces
- Develop complex custom logic and integrations (Plugins, Web APIs, and ETL pipelines) connecting our core software with Microsoft Dataverse / Dynamics
- Apply modern development standards, CI/CD processes, and architecture best practices to business applications
- Collaborate on system design to ensure scalable, maintainable, and high-performing software solutions
Requirements: Requirements:
- 3+ years of professional software development experience - A must
- Strong programming foundations in C # (.NET) and practical knowledge of Python
- Good working knowledge of React for building responsive UI components
- Solid background/experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Understanding of Dataverse, model-driven logic, and cloud integrations)
- Experience or strong passion for AI-assisted development (Vibe Coding) using tools like Cursor, Windsurf, Bolt, Lovable, or similar AI coding agents
- Experience developing custom plugins/extensions and system integrations (REST APIs, Azure services)
- Experience or strong familiarity with PCF (Power Apps Component Framework) controls - A major advantage
