Location: Ra'anana
Job Type: Full Time
Role Overview: You will take ownership of the search infrastructure for Ask Seeking Alpha - a financial intelligence platform powered by LLMs. Your main goal is to ensure our AI agents can find the exact financial data they need (articles, transcripts, news) in milliseconds. You will work on the Retrieval layer of our RAG architecture, combining traditional text search with modern vector search techniques.

Tech Stack: Elasticsearch (v8+), Python (FastAPI, Asyncio), OpenAI Embeddings, LangChain, LangSmith.

What You'll Do
Search Engine Development: Design and implement Hybrid Search strategies. You will figure out how to best combine "keyword matching" (finding specific tickers like 'AAPL') with "semantic search" (finding concepts like 'revenue growth').
Relevance Tuning: You are responsible for the quality of search results. You will build systems to measure and improve how well the search engine answers user queries (using tools like LangSmith).
Vector Search & RAG: Manage the integration of OpenAI embeddings into Elasticsearch. You will solve challenges related to indexing long documents (e.g., earnings transcripts) so the AI retrieves only the most relevant parts.
Performance Optimization: Optimize Elasticsearch queries and index settings to ensure low latency, even for complex queries with many filters.
Python Backend: Develop and maintain the Python services that build queries and process results. We use FastAPI and Asyncio heavily.
Requirements:
Requirements
Elasticsearch Expert: 5+ years of experience working with Search Engines in production. You understand how indices, analyzers, and mappings work "under the hood."
Search Theory: You understand the difference between Lexical Search (keywords) and Vector Search (meaning), and know when to use which.
Python Proficiency: Strong experience with Python 3.10+. You are comfortable writing asynchronous code (async/await) and building APIs.
Data Engineering: Experience designing data schemas for search (how to structure JSON documents for efficient retrieval).

Nice to Have
Experience building RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
Familiarity with LangChain or similar LLM frameworks.
Experience with Evaluation tools (like LangSmith) to test search quality automatically.
Background in Finance (understanding tickers, earnings calls, etc.).
This position is open to all candidates.

Location: Tel Aviv-Yafo and Yokne`am
Job Type: Full Time
We are at the forefront of the AI revolution, delivering brand new accelerated compute platforms for global impact. Our Network Architecture group is seeking a talented and motivated Sr. Software Engineer to build the agentic workflows that our architects use in their daily work. The software at the center of this role is our hardware network simulation environment - you will design multi-step agent workflows over it, engineer the context that grounds them in our own specifications and source code, and optimize their runtime performance. If you are passionate about building the practical infrastructure that brings intelligent agents to life, we want to hear from you.

What you'll be doing:
Build agentic workflows - loops, graphs, and multi-step pipelines - that carry real hardware network simulation and analysis work end to end.
Engineer the context these workflows run on, turning our simulation models, specifications, design documents, and source code into context that makes agents accurate in our domain.
Work closely with network architects to understand their workflows and translate them into agent workflows they use daily.
Optimize the runtime performance of our simulation tooling on these platforms, including execution time, compute cost, and end-to-end latency.
Define evaluation and regression testing for agent workflows, so that changes to a prompt, a graph, or a context source are measurable.
Build observability across agent runs: what the agent did, where it failed, and why.
Champion guidelines for secure and reliable agent workflows, including data handling, access control, and interaction boundaries.
Serve as a key technical resource for solving sophisticated integration issues between agents and internal tooling.
Requirements:
What we need to see:
B.Sc. or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering, with demonstrated ownership of production systems from design through deployment.
Expert-level programming skills in C++, with strong Python skills alongside it.
Strong understanding of the full stack, including hardware: memory, I/O, networking, accelerators, and where real performance bottlenecks occur.
Current, practical knowledge of how to build systems around AI models: agent loops, tool interfaces, context retrieval and management, and common failure modes.
Understanding of inference serving, including request lifecycle, batching, caching, and the tradeoffs between throughput, latency, and cost.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Experience writing hardware simulation software - network, system, or architectural simulators, models, or testbenches.
Networking experience - protocols, fabrics, switching, or RDMA - and experience working alongside silicon, systems, or architecture teams.
Hands-on experience with inference serving engines such as vLLM, TensorRT-LLM, or Triton Inference Server, including low-level internals such as KV cache, batching and scheduling, and quantization, and related performance work such as profiling and GPU programming.
Hands-on experience building or fine-tuning LLMs or other generative models.
Agent workflows, tooling, or context pipelines adopted by other engineering teams.
This position is open to all candidates.

Location: Kefar Sava
Job Type: Full Time and Hybrid work
We are looking for a hands-on Senior Applied AI Evaluation Engineer to improve how our RAN R&D organization analyzes engineering tickets, supports Root-Cause Analysis, recommends ownership, and learns from resolved cases.
You will build rigorous evaluation datasets, establish meaningful baselines, compare internal and approved external tools, analyze failure modes, and prototype improvements across retrieval, classification, prompting, agent workflows, and model selection.
This role is focused on measurable, evidence-based improvement rather than AI demonstrations. You will assess whether AI-generated conclusions are accurate, grounded in evidence, appropriately calibrated, and useful to engineering teams.
As a secondary area of focus, you will analyze engineering workflows at case and team level to identify bottlenecks, handoffs, dependencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
What you will do:
Define high-value RAN ticket-intelligence use cases, acceptance criteria, evaluation metrics, and quality guardrails.
Build and maintain representative, versioned evaluation datasets using resolved tickets, Root-Cause Analysis, logs, test evidence, code changes, reviews, reassignment history, and outcomes.
Establish current-tool and non-AI baselines before evaluating new LLM, RAG, search, or agent-based approaches.
Evaluate approved internal, commercial, local, and open-source solutions using secure and reproducible data-handling processes.
Measure retrieval quality, groundedness, diagnosis accuracy, citation support, routing recommendations, calibration, abstention, latency, cost, and human effort.
Design held-out, time-based, edge, and adversarial test cases while preventing data leakage and future-outcome contamination.
Analyze failures and turn incorrect conclusions, misrouting, unsupported claims, and missed evidence into prioritized improvements.
Prototype improvements in search, metadata, context construction, prompting, reranking, classification, agent workflows, and model selection.
Develop reusable evaluation pipelines, tools, services, APIs, dashboards, or documented workflows.
Work closely with AI, RAN, QA, System Integration, Release, Field, data, and engineering teams to review results and support evidence-based decisions.
Requirements:
What you should have:
BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of hands-on experience in applied machine learning, data science, search, natural-language processing, analytics engineering, or AI-enabled software systems.
Recent experience evaluating LLM, RAG, search, or agent systems using representative datasets, task-specific metrics, human review, failure analysis, and regression testing.
Strong Python and SQL skills, with experience building maintainable data pipelines, experiment workflows, services, or analytical tools.
Practical experience with several areas such as information retrieval, embeddings, hybrid search, reranking, classification, structured outputs, tool calling, or common LLM failure modes.
Strong statistical judgment, including sampling, leakage prevention, uncertainty, calibration, precision and recall, temporal drift, and controlled comparison of competing approaches.
Ability to work with semi-structured engineering data from issue-tracking systems, source control, code reviews, continuous integration, logs, dashboards, and test systems.
Clear communication skills and the ability to explain results, limitations, and tradeoffs to technical and business stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
Knowledge of LTE, 5G NR, Open RAN, telecom-support workflows, or demonstrated ability to learn a technically complex domain through close collaboration with subject-matter experts.
Experience with enterprise search, RAG evaluation, knowledge graphs, process mining, anomaly detection, or graph-based analysis.
This position is open to all candidates.

Location: Ramat Gan
Job Type: Full Time
We're looking for a Senior AI Engineer to design, build, and ship production-grade LLM agents that reason over workforce and skills data on top of Loomra's semantic layer. You won't just prototype - you'll own agent workflows end to end, from design through evaluation, deployment into the tools employees use daily (Teams, Slack, Copilot), and iteration in front of enterprise customers. You'll work alongside product, data, and platform engineers to turn powerful capabilities into reliable, safe, and fast product experiences.
If you've built agents that actually made it to production - and you care as much about evaluation, guardrails, and reliability as you do about capability - we want to talk to you.
Responsibilities
Design and build multi-agent systems and orchestration - intent routing, planning, tool use, and coordination across specialized agents.
Implement retrieval and RAG pipelines over structured and unstructured workforce data, grounded in our knowledge graph connecting people, jobs, and skills.
Integrate LLMs with tool/function calling and protocols such as MCP to give agents controlled access to HCM systems, business logic, and workflows.
Build evaluation harnesses, guardrails, and safety/bias checks, and work within the governance engine so agents behave reliably, respect customer policies, and produce a full audit trail.
Ship agents in a model-agnostic way across providers (Anthropic, Google, IBM watsonx) and deploy them into Teams, Slack, and Copilot.
Optimize agents for latency, cost, and reliability at enterprise scale.
Take agents from prototype to production - with monitoring, observability, and a fast iteration loop.
Partner closely with product, data, and platform teams to translate customer needs into agent capabilities.
Requirements:
5+ years building production software
Proven experience building and shipping LLM agents to production - not just demos or prototypes.
Hands-on with at least one agent orchestration framework (e.g. LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, or similar).
Strong Python and solid software engineering fundamentals.
Prompt engineering paired with systematic, measurable evaluation of LLM outputs.
Experience with tool use / function calling and integrating LLMs with external systems.
Track record deploying, monitoring, and maintaining AI in production (cloud, CI/CD, observability).
Nice to Have
2+ years hands-on with LLMs / generative AI.
Practical experience with RAG, embeddings, and vector databases (e.g. pgvector, Pinecone, or similar)
Experience with MCP, agent memory, and planning/reasoning patterns.
Background in HR tech, people data, or skills ontologies.
Knowledge graph / graph ML experience (knowledge graphs, GNNs).
Responsible AI: bias evaluation, guardrails, and AI governance.
Experience working across multiple model providers (e.g. Anthropic, Google, IBM watsonx) rather than a single vendor.
This position is open to all candidates.

23/09/2026
Location: Tel Aviv-Yafo
Job Type: Full Time
Our Applied Science group builds the intelligence behind the marketplace. We turn large volumes of unstructured data into structured understanding, and use it to connect the right people with the right work. We are a small team with an unusually large surface. We own the full path from raw data to production AI systems, and we are actively expanding what that platform can do. In this role, you will design, build and operate AI systems that run continuously in production: large volumes of unstructured data in, models and pipelines in the middle, structured signal that teams across us build on back out. The scope runs from data pipelines and retrieval infrastructure through to model quality, evaluation and cost. This is a hands on senior role, and you will help define how these systems get built here rather than inherit someone else's answer.
What am I going to do?
* Build and evolve our production LLM pipelines, turning unstructured text into structured data that the product consumes.
* Design and operate large scale batch and near real time data processing, including correctness, freshness and cost.
* Build the retrieval and serving layers that make our data usable in real time.
* Decide what runs on which LLM model, and prove the choice with numbers rather than intuition.
* Keep cost and latency predictable as volume grows: throughput, failure handling and monitoring.
* Build agentic workflows that makes the whole team faster, and help set the standards others work to.
Equal opportunities:
We prioritize diversity. We celebrate difference and embed it into every aspect of our workplace and product, as well as our community. We are proud and committed to providing equal opportunity employment to all individuals regardless of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, citizenship, national origin, disability, Veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. In addition, we will provide accommodation to individuals with disabilities or a special need.
Requirements:
* Have 5+ years building and operating production systems, and have seen what breaks at scale.
* Have built real features on top of LLMs, with a feel for how they behave and where they need guardrails.
* Are at home with data at scale: pipelines, asynchronous and distributed processing, Storage and query design.
* Design systems well. You can take an ambiguous problem, shape a system around it, and reason clearly about tradeoffs, boundaries, and cost.
* Communicate clearly and work easily with product and data partners.
* BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
* Advantage- familiar with LLM as a judge concepts, vector search or graph DB.

We know that talent has no single face. We welcome talent from everywhere and everyone because it makes everything we build better. Need accommodations? Just ask. And if this role excites you but you don't tick every box, apply anyway. The best people rarely fit the mold exactly.
This position is open to all candidates.
