You'll be responsible for designing and implementing backend services that integrate AI capabilities including large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and conversational interfaces into our consumer-facing products. What will you do

You will join a team of experienced engineers and help them in developing our innovative Classification products.

You will lead projects by architecting, designing and implementing solutions that will impact the core components of our system.

Youll develop new and awesome features while leveraging cloud native technology stack, do continuous improvements of our development process by adapting new technologies, and using them to solve product and engineering challenges while raising the bar of code quality and standards.

Your Impact
AI Agent Development

Design and develop autonomous AI agents using best of breed large language models to automate tasks such as document processing, data extraction, and workflow management.

Implement reinforcement learning techniques to enhance decision-making capabilities of AI agents.

AI Integration

Build and integrate APIs that connect AI agents with external systems and enterprise software (ERP, CRM).

Use frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face to deploy and optimize AI models for real-time processing.

Data Processing and Pipelines

Design and manage data pipelines to process and analyze large volumes of documents and unstructured data efficiently.

Optimize data handling to improve speed and accuracy of AI agents.

Security and Compliance

Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms to secure AI-driven systems.

Ensure compliance with data privacy standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) and adopt best practices for secure data handling.

Cloud Infrastructure and Scalability

Deploy AI agents on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) ensuring scalability and reliability.

Leverage containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) for efficient deployment and management.

Testing and Optimization

Develop and execute unit, integration, and performance tests for AI-driven systems.

Continuously monitor and optimize system performance for speed, accuracy, and cost-efficiency.

Collaboration

Work closely with AI researchers, front end engineers, and product teams to align AI agent capabilities with business requirements.

Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and architecture planning to drive innovation.

LLM optimization is a young field with no settled playbook, so the optimizations you invent here are genuinely new - and they ship into production, not a paper. And they matter: real enterprises run enormous volumes of LLM traffic and feel every wasted token, so the work you do lands on live customer requests and solves a problem they actually have. It's about as close to the frontier, and as close to the product, as engineering gets.

03What you'll do
Invent and ship optimizations. Design new strategies across every layer of a request - prompt and context compression, tool pruning, file and dev-command trimming, semantic caching, cache-prefix stabilization - and take them all the way to the hot path. Each one has to cut tokens on real traffic without degrading output.
Prove every win. Build the evals and the token/quality instrumentation that separate a genuine saving from a plausible-sounding one. An optimization only ships when the numbers back it.
Live in the caching trade-offs. Provider prompt caches only pay off on byte-stable prefixes, and a naive rewrite can cost more than it saves. Knowing exactly when an optimization actually wins - deterministic transforms, per-session decision pins, semantic dedup - is a lot of the job.
Build and own the gateway that runs them. The real-time proxy that carries production LLM traffic - streaming, retries, backpressure - executing every optimization on the live request path.
Keep it fast and deploy anywhere. Defend a tight latency budget on the hot path, and package the whole thing so it installs cleanly into any customer's cloud - AWS, GCP, Azure, containers, Kubernetes - and upgrades without drama.
Own systems end to end. From first commit to code serving live customer traffic - plus the spend-visibility and governance product built on top - with a direct line to the founders.

As a Senior Frontend Engineer , you will play a key role in shaping the user experience of a product that truly changes lives. Youll work on a user-facing product used daily by people who are Deaf or hard of hearing, turning complex communication challenges into intuitive, accessible, and high-performance experiences.

We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join the our team. In this critical role, you will join an excellent team of experienced engineers and solve architectural and engineering challenges. You will be building highly scalable solutions, providing infrastructure and value to our XDR product on which we build our disruptive solution for alerting, stopping and monitoring advanced cyber-threats and network alerts.

Our team enables customers to secure their Kubernetes environments across every major cloud provider, delivering deep visibility into cluster misconfigs, RBAC risk, admission control, compliance drift and container vulnerabilities.

In this role you will design the backend services and data models that discover, onboard, scan, and represent K8s workloads, APIs, and configurations at scale. You will own core services end-to-end, drive architectural improvements and partner with security researchers to turn complex threat vectors into actionable insights.
