Responsibilities
Expand and refine our visual identity across campaigns, web, and customer communications.
Design high-quality marketing assets including websites, landing pages, decks, reports, case studies, events, videos, and digital campaigns.
Translate complex concepts into clear, engaging, and visually compelling experiences.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create thoughtful, effective, and consistent design across channels.
Create and maintain scalable visual systems, brand guidelines, and motion language, including the usage of AI tools and workstreams.
Oversee external creative vendors to ensure high-quality execution aligned with our brand standards and guidelines.
Lead our website design infrastructure, from information architecture and navigation to building new pages.
Work collaboratively with marketing, including content, demand gen, event marketing, product marketing and other stakeholders to gather information, understand KPIs, and strategize for optimal results.

What You'll Do:

Lead design for conversion funnels, collaborating closely with the CRO team and marketing managers to optimize landing pages, microsites, and digital experiences. This includes applying advanced UX principles, A/B testing insights, and mobile-first design thinking to maximize lead generation and conversion rates.
Design and deliver a high volume of digital static ads weekly for various performance marketing channels, ensuring brand consistency, compelling visuals, and campaign effectiveness.
Provide creative design support to the video team, especially for motion graphics and animated assets, helping conceptualize and develop visually compelling elements for video content.
Uphold and evolve Navan's brand identity across all digital touchpoints, ensuring visual consistency and elevating our brand perception.
Leverage market research and stay current with AI trends and design best practices to bring innovative ideas and concepts to life.
Create mockups and prototypes in Figma to visualize design ideas, facilitate feedback, and ensure optimal user experience.

Being a Senior Designer on our creative team means autonomously ideating and executing performance-driven designs in a massively creative and agile environment. You will partner directly with stakeholders across marketing and growth to understand business objectives and turn them into effective, scalable design solutions, owning the entire creative process from initial concept to final pixel.
You are someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, seamlessly switching between high-level brand strategy, multi-channel campaign design, and elevating our core visual identity. Your goal is to step in, take the reins immediately, and produce exceptional assets that maintain our brands premium feel while driving real engagement and conversions.
What Youll Be Working On
Multi-Channel Marketing Design: Creating compelling full-funnel experiences, including landing pages, email campaigns, presentations, and digital collateral.
Performance Creative: Conceptualizing and independently executing high-converting, data-backed ads for Meta, Google, and other acquisition channels.
Brand Evolution: Lead the development, maintenance, and execution of brand identity assets, guidelines, and design systems.
Strategic Partnerships Design: Collaborating closely with the Growth team to iterate on designs based on performance data, A/B testing, and user insights.
Collaborative Campaigns: Work with the video creators to design and produce the core video creative ads that define our performance marketing campaigns.

The Responsibilities:
Design intuitive, user-centered solutions in a data-rich environment.
Drive the evolution of our design language to support intelligent systems, including suggestion flows, and explainable AI patterns.
Translate complex workflows into accessible product experiences
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, analysts, cyber researchers and fellow designers
Advocate for user trust and transparency in AI design, especially around decision-making, nudges, and personalization.
Present your work across disciplines and senior stakeholders with clarity, storytelling, and rationale.
Take ownership from concept through execution to post-launch iteration.

On your day-to-day, you will-
Take Product design ownership overall platform areas (Dashboard, Studio, Editor, and mobile app)
Collaborate closely with the product, engineering, and design teams in order to define, design, and deliver intuitive UI/UX solutions.
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, high-end designs and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
Working with usability testing and data analysis in order to reach Intelligent UX solutions.
