As HW Architect Team Leader, you will combine deep technical leadership with people leadership. You will shape next-generation networking silicon while building and mentoring a strong architecture team.

What Youll Be Doing
Lead, manage, and mentor a team of HW architects, fostering technical excellence and innovation.
Drive research, evaluation, and architectural definition of next-generation SoCs - from product requirements through production.
Define next-generation Packet Processor / Datapath / Congestion Management architectures for high-performance, complex SoC Ethernet and NIC switches.
Lead system architecture and detailed micro-architecture definition across major functional blocks.
Collaborate cross-functionally with design, verification, modeling, software, and other architecture teams to ensure end-to-end system alignment.
Identify and evaluate new technologies, methodologies, and architectural approaches for future products.
Provide technical direction, make key architectural trade-offs, and ensure execution excellence.

Responsibilities
Plan and execute the verification of digital design blocks by understanding specifications and working with design engineers to define key verification scenarios.
Develop, execute, and debug full-chip/system on a chip (SoC) tests on emulation platforms.
Collaborate with design engineers to debug tests and ensure functional correctness of design blocks.
Define and implement various coverage measures to capture stimulus and corner-case scenarios. Work with software and post-silicon validation teams to reproduce failures on emulation.
Drive coverage analysis to identify verification gaps and demonstrate progress towards tape-out. Explore new verification and emulation methodologies and implement them.

We are looking for a hands-on FPGA Design Engineer, specialized in high-performance digital design and FPGA-based system development, as part of the QM-Platform team.

This role involves ownership of FPGA interfaces and connectivity logic, including high-speed communication blocks, platform integration, and close collaboration with embedded and hardware teams. You will work on complex FPGA/SoC platforms, enabling robust and scalable solutions for quantum control systems.

Responsibilities

Own the design and implementation of FPGA-based interfaces such as PCIe, I2C, SPI, and high-speed GT communication.
Develop and integrate FPGA logic on advanced platforms, including Xilinx UltraScale+ and Versal.
Collaborate closely with embedded, hardware, and system teams to ensure seamless HW/SW/FPGA integration.
Drive FPGA bring-up, debugging, and validation at both lab and system levels.
Participate in system architecture definition and cross-team design decisions.

Verify test solutions on pre-silicon models (simulation or emulation) and develop ATE test modules and binning flows.
Develop and validate test programs on Automated Test Equipment (ATE) platforms for new product integration (NPI) in preparation for high volume manufacturing (HVM), working with ATE vendors and internal cross-functional teams.
Product sustain support, including volume data analysis, test time and yield improvements, assess test escapees and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMAs), localize failures, implement containment measures and partner with design, manufacturing, quality and reliability teams to root cause and implement corrective actions.
Develop tools, flows and methodologies to continuously improve and automate the testing life cycle.

Contribute to developing and improving post-silicon test content that exercises both IP and SoC levels workloads and other compute-intensive scenarios.
Collaborate with architecture, design, and firmware teams to define comprehensive validation plans for SoC features, focusing on power consumption, thermal management, sensors behavior, and performance metrics.
Work closely with design and firmware teams to propose and implement solutions for optimizing SoC power efficiency and performance, including tuning core-to-memory latencies and bandwidth, power control loops, thermal control loops, etc.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks (primarily in Python) to improve validation efficiency and coverage.
Participate in early silicon bring-up and platform bring-up activities, ensuring the stability and functionality of high-power multi-core SoCs.

We are seeking a highly skilled Emulation Engineer with extensive experience in the semiconductor industry to join our Chip Design team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record working with advanced emulation platforms, particularly Veloce, Palladium or Zebu.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain emulation models from RTL for complex SoC designs
