What is Construction Solution in Buildots The Construction Solution team is the professional and technical backbone of Buildots Operations, responsible for creating and maintaining the Digital Twin framework for our clients. This involves integrating client models, schedules, and construction methodologies with Buildots’ proven workflows to create a digital twin that accurately represents how projects are built. Our solution managers are construction professionals with hands-on industry expertise, complemented by deep knowledge of the Buildots platform. They oversee the full lifecycle of projects from setup to ongoing maintenance while engaging directly with clients to ensure the system consistently delivers measurable value. With a regional structure and global coverage, the Construction Solution team aligns Buildots’ tools and methods to meet local market requirements while contributing to the continuous evolution of our solution.
What You'll Do:
* Design and implement Buildots’ solution for local and global projects, ensuring alignment with client needs and project realities.
* Lead technical and construction-focused discussions with clients during discovery and implementation.
* Act as a construction subject matter expert within Buildots, guiding internal teams with your field experience.
* Translate project construction methodologies into Buildots’ digital twin framework, creating systems that reflect how projects are actually built.
* Combine Buildots’ design standards with client-specific requirements to maximize the value of the platform across the project lifecycle.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of Buildots’ design methodology by sharing insights, lessons learned, and best practices.
* Play a key role during implementation and onboarding, representing both client needs and Buildots’ strategy in discovery sessions.
* Collaborate with various teams, such as Customer Success, Account Management, and Product to ensure client success and alignment with company goals.
Requirements 3-4 years of field experience in construction projects, ideally including large-scale or major projects (e.g., data centers, fabrication facilities, or other complex builds).
* Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hebrew.
* Working knowledge of BIM environments and 3D modeling software.
* Solid understanding of MEP systems and construction methodologies, particularly in projects with significant scale and technical demands.
* Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem solving skills.
* Strong interpersonal and interface management skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients, lead discovery sessions, and communicate effectively with on-site construction professionals.
* Tech-savvy, proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving environment.
* Ability to attend the Tel Aviv office at least 4 days per week.
* Position may involve non-standard working hours to accommodate international client schedules and maintain alignment across time zones.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with large-scale projects or complex MEP construction projects such as data centers, fabrication facilities, or other technically complex builds.
* Proficiency in 3D coordination and BIM tools such as Revit, Navisw

We are looking for a detail-oriented BIM Modeler with a strong engineering orientation to join our team and take part in drafting, producing, and maintaining engineering models for infrastructure projects- from initial setup through final client delivery.
The role involves working with Civil 3D and complementary BIM/CAD tools, adhering to standards and required formats, and close collaboration with Mapping and Delivery teams in a multidisciplinary environment.
Responsibilities:
Drafting and producing engineering models using Civil 3D and additional complementary tools in accordance with project requirements.
Full responsibility for implementing models in compliance with standards and client-required formats.
Updating, maintaining, and improving existing models based on design changes or project/client needs.
Working with a variety of engineering and BIM software, including Civil 3D, AutoCAD, InfraWorks, Revit, Bentley, and MicroStation, as well as any additional tools required.
Ensuring high execution quality, engineering accuracy, and quality control (QA/QC) prior to delivery.
Managing tasks according to approved project schedules (Gantt) and meeting critical deadlines.
Documenting processes and continuously improving/developing workflows, templates, and standards.

we are looking for a BIM & Architecture Domain Expert (Frank Skills).
What youll do:
Specify new Frank skills end to end: the trigger, the expected result, the edge cases, and the firm conventions they must respect.
Validate skills against real Revit and ArchiCAD models, catching the failure modes only an experienced architect would notice.
Encode firm standards (annotation rules, graphic conventions, QA logic) into something Frank applies consistently.
Partner with customers BIM leads to translate their standards into Frank, and feed what you learn back into the product.

As a Project Configuration Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Configuration of our product for clients' needs using our configuration system
Setup our Digital Twin for new projects into our system.
Solve technical configuration issues.
Work together with Project Managers and Customer Success to support the project and clients needs.
Ongoing project maintenance through the project life cycle.
Be part of creating the Teams tools and workflows internally and with the product/development team.

The role involves supporting quality control activities, including performing inspections and tests, and monitoring compliance with applicable standards during the execution of the Tel Aviv Light Rail project and other ongoing projects
