Job Type: Full Time
Own the internal DevEx platform roadmap backlog, translating organizational strategy and R&D needs into prioritized initiatives that deliver measurable value across the R&D organization. Work closely with internal customers within R&D, aligning tightly with the External developer PM
Key Responsibilities
Requirement Definition (the core of the role): Create and own the requirements for the platform solutions we build for our developers. You continuously synthesize and prioritize four inputs into a clear, coherent product direction:
Strategic priorities - the direction set with the Chief Architect on where platform investment should go.
Organizational needs - the recurring challenges and demands surfaced by R&D divisions and their leadership.
User feedback - direct input from the internal developers who use the platform day to day.
Architectural guidance - professional input from Architects, both within the Chief Architect Office and across the product-specific architecture teams.
Platform Product Ownership: Serve as the product lead for the internal platforms and tools our engineering teams build for our developers - for example, our agentic developer platform, among a growing set of developer-experience capabilities. Define what each should do and the outcomes it should deliver, and keep the portfolio aligned to a shared vision.
Prioritization & Roadmap: Maintain a clear, well-reasoned view of what matters most and why, so platform teams always know what to build next and the organization understands the rationale.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Drive the work processes that turn inputs into shipped platform capabilities, partnering across engineering managers, directors, and architects. Set direction, align stakeholders, and keep initiatives moving forward.
Feedback & Impact: Establish durable channels to collect and synthesize developer feedback and adoption signals, feed them back into the requirements, and demonstrate the platform's impact on developer productivity.
Requirements:
AI-first mindset: You reach for AI as the default way to work and to solve problems, stay current as the tools evolve, and think about how AI reshapes what our platforms should do for developers. As with every role in our engineering organization, this is a baseline expectation, not a bonus.
Development expertise: Deep understanding of software development and development processes, grounded in hands-on experience - most likely as an engineer, engineering leader, or architect, though what matters is genuine fluency in how developers work and what they need.
Passion for building products: A real drive to build products - to focus on impact and the broad scheme of things, define the what and the why, and leave the implementation details to the teams that own them. This is what sets the role apart, and it is what we are explicitly selecting for.
Platform experience: Experience building or shaping internal platforms and developer tools - whether as a developer, an engineering manager, or a product lead. The perspective matters more than the prior title.
Seniority & independence: Proven ability to set an agenda, operate autonomously, and manage work processes that span multiple functions - engineering managers, directors, and architects - with minimal supervision.
Agile mindset: Comfort with iteration, continuous learning, and adjusting direction as you gather evidence; you make progress amid ambiguity rather than waiting for perfect information.
Passion & curiosity: A genuine curiosity that drives continuous learning - about developers, technologies, and how to make an organization more effective.
Cross-functional influence: Able to influence without authority and to align senior stakeholders around shared priorities.
Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and prioritization skills, with fluent English.
This position is open to all candidates.

Location: Petah Tikva
Job Type: Full Time and Hybrid work
We are looking for a Sr. Staff Security Engineer to be a technical anchor on this team.
Security R&D operates in two complementary modes: open contribution to product engineering - writing code alongside product teams where security expertise adds value - and developing its own security capabilities, including internal tooling, externally facing product features, AI-powered security automation, and third-party integrations.
This is a new team being stood up in Petah Tikva, Israel, co-located with our AI Security Research team. You will be one of the senior technical leaders shaping the teams engineering culture, architecture decisions, and technical direction from its inception.
This role reports to the Sr. Engineering Manager, Security R&D.
What You Will Do
Lead Technical Design and Architecture:
Drive architecture and design decisions for Security R&Ds capabilities, ensuring systems are built for enterprise scale, reliability, and maintainability.
Lead technical design reviews and serve as the senior engineering voice on security tooling, automation, and platform services built by the team.
Define technical standards, code quality expectations, and engineering best practices for the Security R&D team.
Evaluate and integrate third-party security services alongside in-house AI-powered capabilities to maximise security review coverage.
Build Security Capabilities at Platform Scale:
Design and develop security tooling, automation, and platform-native services - both for internal use and as externally facing product features.
Contribute code directly into our product engineering codebases where security domain expertise accelerates delivery and improves security outcomes.

Collaborate with the AI Security Research team on AI agent security tooling, bringing production engineering discipline to an emerging domain.
Mentor and Elevate the Team:
Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, raising the technical bar across the team through code reviews, design guidance, and hands-on pairing.
Represent Security R&D in cross-functional discussions with product engineering leadership, demonstrating technical credibility as an engineering peer.
Contribute to hiring by helping define the technical interview bar and participating in candidate evaluations.
Requirements:
Required
15+ years of progressive software engineering experience, with a track record of designing and building complex systems at enterprise scale.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Strong hands-on production experience with Python and Java. You are a builder who writes code daily, not an architect who only draws diagrams.
Deep expertise in distributed systems, scalability, high availability, and performance engineering in cloud environments.
Experience with security-related engineering - application security, infrastructure security, identity systems, fraud prevention, or trust & safety. You bring a security mindset to everything you build.
Familiarity with AI/ML systems, GenAI, or Agentic AI technologies. You dont need to be an ML researcher, but you should understand how these systems work and how to build tooling around them.
Experience contributing to large-scale product codebases in a collaborative engineering environment. You know how to earn trust with product engineering teams through code quality and delivery.
Strong technical communication skills - ability to articulate architecture decisions, write clear design documents, and influence technical direction across teams.
Preferred:
Experience with container and Kubernetes security, runtime security, OPA policy enforcement, or service mesh security.
Background in building security products or features that ship as part of a commercial platform.
This position is open to all candidates.

Location: Petah Tikva
Job Type: Full Time and Hybrid work
We are looking for a Principal AI Engineering Lead to own and drive our AI engineering maturity journey across a 100-person R&D, QA, and DevOps organization.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role with outsized influence - you will be the internal expert, practitioner, and change agent who takes us from inconsistent AI tool adoption to a fully agentic, multi-phase autonomous engineering capability.
You will not be managing people. You will be changing how 100 engineers work.
This role is equal parts engineering, enablement, and architecture. You will write real code, build real agent workflows, and make the abstract concrete - turning a defined AI maturity framework into daily practice across Java/JVM, Python, C#/.NET, Oracle PL/SQL, and C++ codebases.
Scope of your position:
AI Adoption & Enablement
Audit current AI tool usage across R&D, QA, and DevOps - identify where adoption is genuine vs. nominal
Establish and maintain CLAUDE.md-equivalent constitution files: encoding team conventions, architectural standards, testing patterns, and security policies so AI tools produce consistent, codebase-aware output from day one
Drive daily active usage above 70% across the engineering org, measured by tool telemetry - not seat count
Design and deliver hands-on enablement: prompt engineering, output validation, effective task decomposition, and AI-assisted debugging across our primary stacks (Java/Spring, Python, C#/.NET, C++, Oracle PL/SQL)
Run monthly retrospectives to surface what context AI is still missing and close those gaps systematically
Agentic Infrastructure & Workflow Engineering
Architect and implement the infrastructure that makes autonomous agent execution safe: sandboxed execution environments, audit logging for all agent actions, and state checkpointing for mid-task recovery
Build and enforce the specification discipline: structured spec templates with machine-verifiable acceptance criteria, spec completeness gates before agent assignment, and a lightweight spec-driven development workflow appropriate for our codebases
Stand up self-verifying test loops - agents that write tests, implement, run CI, and iterate to green without human intervention - with coverage gates enforced in CI (80%+ on AI-generated code paths)
Shift CI/CD pipelines to increase build throughput: automated rollback, feature flags for deploy/release decoupling, and tiered review workflows (auto-merge → single reviewer → full review)
Deploy and tune Claude Code as the primary agentic coding platform, alongside evaluation and integration of other tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or equivalent) where they complement the workflow
Requirements:
7+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years of hands-on work with AI-assisted or agentic coding workflows in production environments
Deep, practical experience with Claude Code (constitution files, skills, subagents, hooks, headless/agentic mode) and familiarity with the broader AI coding tool landscape
Fluency in two or more of our primary stacks: Java/Spring, Python, C#/.NET, C++, or Oracle PL/SQL - enough to earn the trust of engineers working in those languages and to diagnose where AI tooling struggles
Strong understanding of test infrastructure and CI/CD: coverage gates, automated rollback, pipeline design for high throughput, and what it takes to make a self-verifying agent loop reliable
Demonstrated ability to write and enforce machine-parseable specifications: structured acceptance criteria, EARS notation or equivalent, scope-bounded task definitions that agents can work from without re-prompting
Proven track record of cross-functional influence without authority - changing how a team works through demonstration, enablement, and trust, not mandate
Comfort operating in a large, heterogeneous codebase with varying levels of test coverage, documentation, and technical debt
This position is open to all candidates.
