Heres what youll be working on:
Manage and support accounting team with dynamic leadership that creates an environment of accuracy and productivity. Provide leadership and guidance to the team, including coaching and development.
Develop and implement consistent accounting policies, practices, and procedures to ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulations and standards .
Responsible of Consolidated & Solo financial statements.
Maximize payroll efficiency through innovative process development.
Monthly/Quarterly Close: Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of account reconciliations, analysis, and presentation of the monthly consolidated financial close.
Audit: Manage the day-to-day audit process including the preparation of support, Financial Statements, and interactions with the external audit firm.
Financial Management: Work closely with FP&A to manage the financial results of the business. Provide oversight and support for the management of department-level operating expenses.
Manage our global tax reporting and compliance.

We are looking for an experienced Director of Finance to own our company's accounting and control function end-to-end. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will lead the close, external audit, tax, treasury, revenue recognition, statutory and financial reporting, billing and collections, and our financial systems, while building and developing a high-performing team. You will directly manage, mentor, and develop the Accounting and Control team. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role with broad ownership and real impact on how the function runs and scales.
What you'll do
Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close across multiple legal entities and geographies
Lead controllership and technical accounting under US GAAP, including revenue recognition (ASC 606)
Manage the external audit end to end and own the relationship with auditors
Own tax compliance and planning across jurisdictions, working with external advisors
Manage treasury, cash flow, and banking relationships
Own statutory and financial reporting, and support board and investor reporting together with the CFO and FP&A
Own and continuously improve our financial systems (NetSuite), driving process automation and AI-based efficiency across the function
Oversee AR, billing, and collections
Build, mentor, and develop the accounting and control team, raising the bar on capability and process
Partner closely with FP&A, Legal, Procurement, and the Bookkeeping and Payroll team
Oversee employee equity and ESOP administration, working closely with HR, Legal, and the external trustee.

Required Financial Controller
What Financial Controller do:
Lead the monthly financial close process, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
Prepare and maintain the Group's consolidated financial statements and manage the consolidation process
Perform analytical reviews and reconciliations related to the consolidation process
Act as a key point of contact for the Finance team. Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve financial queries, providing operational clarity to support data-driven decisions
Identify opportunities to automate financial processes and improve operational efficiency
Drive continuous improvements in financial reporting processes, internal controls, and compliance procedures

we are seeking a talented, highly motivated team player for a Subsidiaries Controller role that will oversee all aspects of financial reporting, local tax submissions, and regulatory compliance, together with ongoing monitoring of budget vs. actual results and the development of internal control policies and procedures.
