We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Python Data Solutions Specialist to join our team. This role will play a key part in supporting and scaling our data infrastructure, automating processes in data-labeling operation, and driving innovation through AI and analytics tools.
This is a temporary position for 8 month.
What will your job look like?
Working closely with operation teams, product managers, infrastructure teams.
Use statistical tools to achieve KPIs and business goals of operation projects.
Develop automation solutions for various operational processes
Support and implement GenAI-based workflows and tools
Troubleshoot and resolve data mismatches across systems
Conduct operational analysis for data-labeling, data products and pipelines
Integrate new tools and features into our database ecosystem.

Requirements:
BSc. in Computer Science / statistics / information systems or related fields
2+ years of experience as data analyst or similar job
Strong proficiency in Python for scripting and automation
Solid experience with SQL for data querying and manipulation
Experience with code writing and debugging in production systems
Experience with big data frameworks & solutions (Spark/Presto/Athena/Trino or similar)
Fluent English
Familiarity with Linux environments - Advantage
Experience working with GenAI tools or frameworks - Advantage
Background in data engineering or operational data analysis - Advantage
Familiarity with data pipelines and ETL processes - Advantage.

איסוף מידע מקצועי מגורמים פנים וחוץ עירוניים והפצתם לכלל עובדי האגף באמצעות הזנת מידע ועדכון שוטף של מידע קיים, לצורך שיפור עבודת האגף, בתיאום עם גורמים מקצועיים רלוונטיים ובהתאם להנחיית הממונה;
סיוע לממונה בתכלול, סנכרון ותיאום עבודת מטה עם מחלקות ואגפים שונים ובין גורמים עירוניים לגורמים חוץ עירוניים שונים לצורך יישום וביצוע פעולות בתחום המדידה והבקרה, תוך פיקוח ובקרה שוטפת על הפעילות המתבצעת על -ידי המחלקות בהתאם לתכניות העבודה, וידוא ביצוע המשימות בהתאם ללו"ז וליעדים שנקבעו,
ויסות העבודה עפ"י הצורך ומסירת הדיווחים לממונה;
ריכוז, עיבוד וניתוח נתונים שונים שנאספו מהגורמים הרלוונטיים, תוך סנכרון הנתונים שנאספו בנקודות זמן שונות, לצורך זיהוי צרכים, איתור מגמות ואיתור חריגים כבסיס לתכנון וקבלת החלטות, בתיאום עם גורמים מקצועיים רלוונטיים ועם הממונה;
איסוף, ריכוז וניתוח נתונים שונים ומידע לצורך הכנת מסמכים מקצועיים בנושאי עבודתו, לרבות ניסוח ועריכת ניירות עמדה וחוות דעת מקצועיות, כפי שיידרש ע"י הממונה וייזום הצעות לשיפור וייעול העבודה המתבצעת בתחום אחריותו, לשיפור הכלים המקצועיים בקבלת החלטות, לקידום תהליכי למידה השוואתיים ולשיפור החשיבה התכנונית/תוצאתית באגף והעברתן לממונה;
מדידה, בקרה והערכה לתהליכי העבודה והפעילות המתבצעת באגף, לרבות מדידה והערכת ביצועי עובדי חירום וביטחון, בהתאם לנהלים עירוניים ועפ"י מעגלי ותקני שירות (SLA)שנקבעו, בתיאום עם גורמים מקצועיים רלוונטיים ועם הממונה;
פיתוח כלים לביצוע מדידות והערכות המתבססים על מערכות ממוחשבות שונות שברשות האגף ועל בסיסי הנתונים והמידע שעובדו ונותחו, תוך הטמעתם ובקרה על יישומם, לצורך קידום וייעול ארגוני של תכנון וקבלת החלטות;
