About the The FED Infra Team
The FED Infra Team at our company is dedicated to accelerating all engineering teams by providing robust standards, dependable infrastructure, and sophisticated tooling. Our core mission is to enable the business by eliminating technical barriers, allowing product teams to innovate rapidly without the overhead of duplicating efforts. Furthermore, the team manages the infrastructure for a key high-performance page - the users dashboard - facilitating the integration of micro-frontends by other teams, and maintains our centralized React component library.
On your day to day
As a Frontend Tech Lead, youll set the technical direction for our frontend infra, ensuring consistency, quality, and performance. Youll design scalable solutions, improve developer workflows, and guide teams through complex architectural decisions. The role blends hands-on coding with mentorship and leadership. Youll help make our companys engineering faster, smoother, and more resilient.
Requirements: What Will Make You Stand Out?
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
6+ years of hands-on software development experience, with a strong emphasis on modern frontend engineering
Proven experience leading or implementing microfrontend's architecture in production environments
Deep understanding of modern frontend frameworks and ecosystems with React.js
Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
Live and breathe AI - you stay on top of the latest models, tools, and techniques, and youre genuinely excited about where the field is heading
Have hands-on experience with agentic workflows, MCPs (Model Context Protocol), and building or composing AI skills to automate and accelerate your work
Use AI agents as a daily part of how you operate, not as an occasional experiment
Have a builders mindset - you reach for AI-native tools to solve problems faster and arent afraid to wire things together yourself.
