This is a full-time on-site role for an AI Data Analyst, located in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. The AI Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing data, developing data models, conducting statistical analysis, and communicating findings to relevant stakeholders. Daily tasks will include interpreting complex data sets, generating actionable insights through data analytics, and supporting the development of AI-powered compliance solutions.

Responsibilities
Function as the data authority in the Monetization domain - performing ad-hoc research and analysis on the company's rich data to support unique and strategic business questions.
Define, analyze, and monitor KPIs and OKR metrics to continually improve company products.
Analyze large, complex data sets to address strategic and operational business questions.
Actively take part in building and maintaining our AI Driven-BI Agentic Architecture.
Build dashboards and visualizations to answer key questions for the company's in-house various teams, specifically for the Monetization Team.
Perform qualitative, quantitative, and statistical analysis.
True passion for understanding data and finding Insights.
Provide actionable recommendations and conclusions from data to shape features and future product road maps.

Key Responsibilities
Architect & Develop Data Pipelines: Design, implement, and maintain sophisticated, end-to-end data pipelines for ingesting, processing, validating, and transforming large-scale, diverse datasets.
Manage Data Orchestration: Implement and manage robust workflow orchestration for complex, multi-step data processes, ensuring reliability and visibility.
Advanced Data Transformation & Modeling: Develop and optimize complex data transformations using advanced SQL and other data manipulation techniques. Contribute to the design and implementation of effective data models for analytical and operational use.
Ensure Data Quality & Platform Reliability: Establish and improve processes for data quality assurance, monitoring, alerting, and performance optimization across the data platform. Proactively identify and resolve data integrity and pipeline issues.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with AI engineers, product managers, developers, customer success and other stakeholders to understand data needs, integrate data solutions, and deliver features that provide exceptional value.
Drive Data Platform Excellence: Contribute to the evolution of our data architecture, champion best practices in data engineering (e.g., DataOps principles), and evaluate emerging technologies to enhance platform capabilities, stability, and cost-effectiveness.
Foster a Culture of Learning & Impact: Actively share knowledge, contribute to team growth, and maintain a strong focus on how data engineering efforts translate into tangible product and business outcomes.

We're building the data foundation that will power at massive scale. We're looking for a battle-tested Data Engineering Tech Lead who has built and scaled data infrastructure at companies where the bar is exceptionally high.
This is a ground-up, architect-and-build role. You'll own the entire data infrastructure layer - caching, indexing, storage architecture, scalability patterns - and set the standard for how data flows across the organization at scale.
What Youll be Doing:
Own and architect \entire data infrastructure from the ground up - storage, caching, indexing, and platform foundations.
Make the hard technology calls: which databases, caching layers, orchestration systems, and data patterns we adopt - and why - based on scale, performance, and long-term engineering excellence.
Drive data scalability across the engineering organization, partnering closely with platform, backend, and product engineers.
Lead hands-on - you design, you build, you review, you mentor.
