Partner with designers and creative directors to develop animatics and animations
Work with the product department to generate animations for our products
Manage animation timelines and work closely with production to export various assets
Follow graphic and motion design trends, experimenting with new techniques and tools.

Required Game Designer - Playable Ads
Art & Design
Playable Ads are interactive mini-games that are used to engage and attract new users to download and play our games.
As a Game designer you will be in charge of the Game design and polishing the game mechanics and game-flows of our playable ads as well as testing and gaining insights based on how the playable performed.
Responsibilities
Design levels for top performing playable ads for leading games, to excite, engage, and bring new players to download our games.
Research and develop innovative game mechanics for playable ads.
Work closely with game developers and provide constructive feedback on playable ad mechanics and experience
Analyze performance data to optimize game mechanics and conversions.
Collaborate with the game design team with improving our content pipeline and processes.
Stay current on mobile game advertising trends and best practices.
Support and collaborate with the team from a level design perspective (Production, QA, Art, Game Design, etc).

Were looking for a highly experienced, versatile and passionate Technical Artist to join our growing team. As a Technical Artist, youll work closely with our game design and development team to shape our production pipeline while creating innovative playable ads (responsive mini-games) that reach millions of users worldwide.
Responsibilities
Use Cursor and other AI frameworks to animate and integrate 2D/3D assets and visual effects into playable ads, ensuring they are both beautiful and performant.
Build game mechanics and levels, focusing on the "juice" polish, feel, and visual feedback.
Design and optimize workflows for exporting assets from creative tools (Photoshop, Blender) into the playable pipeline.
Implement advanced optimization techniques (texture packing, draw call reduction, asset compression) to keep playables under strict 2MB-5MB limits.

Responsibilities
Act as a gatekeeper for assets, establishing and enforcing strict technical standards for asset quality, optimization, and performance.
Integrate creative assets (art and visual effects) into the game while maintaining technical integrity.
Research, design, and build custom tools, scripts, and AI-driven agents to automate and innovate the asset creation pipeline.
Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimization strategies to ensure assets are perfectly streamlined for mobile.
Contribute to technical solutions and pipeline design for the production and delivery of art assets, helping teams leverage our technology and standards.
