We are looking for a driven, systems-minded Release Engineer to join our AI-Ops team. In this role, you will be the execution layer of our delivery pipeline—the technical gatekeeper who owns the safe, predictable deployment of software and AI models to global edge and cloud systems. You will balance high-speed deployment velocity with rock-solid operational stability. But you won't just be deploying code; you'll be acting as an internal project manager, driving our organizational roadmap by building Agentic AI tools and automating processes to scale our delivery capabilities continuously.
A day in the life and how you’ll make an impact:
* Act as the technical gatekeeper, validating and transitioning versions through strict release gates. Enforce rigorous governance and ensure strict "Definition of Done" criteria are met.
* Lead risk-mitigated rollouts across diverse global hardware environments.
* Monitor real-time deployment performance, Quality of Service (QoS), and algorithmic accuracy, making decisive, crisis-resilient calls to proceed, pause, or rollback to prevent regressions.
* Define and execute comprehensive test plans that verify cross-team dependencies. Validate that new versions meet detection accuracy requirements without degrading infrastructure.
* Triage complex production failures. Look beyond immediate issues to identify root causes using system metrics, logs, and container states, delivering actionable evidence to R&D.
* Build and integrate Agentic AI and LLM-based tools to accelerate log analysis, risk assessment, and deployment troubleshooting.
* Architect automated workflows to eliminate manual overhead and enhance system observability with robust monitors and dashboards.

The Senior Hardware Test Engineer is responsible for developing, implementing, and sustaining test processes and equipment used in the manufacturing of hardware products. Role and Responsibilities:
Test Development & Validation
Design, develop, and implement test plans, test fixtures and infrastructure.
Collaborate with R&D to define test requirements early in the product lifecycle.
Develop test scripts and automation software (Python, LabVIEW, C#, etc.) to improve coverage and efficiency.
Validate test coverage, yield, and reliability through statistical analysis (GR&R, Cpk, SPC).
New Product Introduction (NPI)
Support EVT, DVT, and PVT phases with test readiness and execution.
Lead test process transfer to contract manufacturers (CMs) or ODM partners.
Train CM engineers/technicians on test systems and procedures.
Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and customer requirements.
Manufacturing Support & Continuous Improvement
Monitor production test yields, debug failures, and drive root cause analysis (RCA).
Implement corrective actions and continuous improvements to reduce test time, cost, and false failures.
Maintain and calibrate test equipment and fixtures.
Support ECO (Engineering Change Orders) by updating test plans and equipment accordingly.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with hardware, firmware, and reliability engineers to improve product testability and robustness.
Partner with Quality and Operations to ensure smooth scaling into mass production.
Engage with suppliers and CM partners on test strategy alignment.

Now were looking for a visionary Automation Engineer to join our Automation teams. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of Automated tests. Our Automated tests cover various aspects of the product, including complex networking topology, traffic, security rules, Users authentication scenarios and mobile applications interacting deeply with the operating system.
Responsibilities
Design and develop automation solutions for mobile applications, including end-to-end scenarios across backend, network, and device layers
Build, configure, and maintain mobile testing environments (emulators, simulators, and physical devices), including CI-integrated mobile labs
Develop automation for applications that integrate with mobile OS capabilities (e.g., VPN configuration, system extensions, network controls, background services)
Evaluate and integrate AI-driven solutions into the automation workflow, improving productivity, reliability, and insight generation
Leverage AI-based tools and techniques to enhance test automation, including test generation, failure analysis, and optimization of test coverage and execution
Cope with complex code along with quality standards and best practices.
You will be expected to come up with initiatives regarding Automation infrastructure and tools.
