We are looking for an experienced Research Scientist, Sensing to push our inspection beyond todays sensing stack. You will evaluate, prototype, and develop AI models for new sensing modalities such as thermal, hyperspectral, acoustic, radar, structured light, and event cameras, surfacing vehicle defects that todays systems cannot see.
A day in the life and how youll make an impact
* Survey emerging sensing technologies and identify the modalities most likely to expand our defect coverage.
* Prototype with new hardware, build small-scale datasets from scratch, and train modality-specific models.
* Run controlled experiments that benchmark new modalities against todays inspection stack on shared defect scenarios.
* Develop multi-modal fusion approaches that combine new and existing sensors for stronger detection.
* Recommend which modalities graduate into product and partner with R&D and product on integration.

We are looking for an exceptional Deep Learning Engineer to join our core autonomy team. In this role, you will be responsible for building the AI-driven "brain" of our autonomous driving technology. Your focus will be on designing, training, and deploying state-of-the-art Deep Learning models that handle high-level prediction and driving policy. Responsibilities
Model Training & Architecture: Design, train, and optimize cutting-edge Deep Learning models for prediction and driving policy.
End-to-End DL Development: Take ownership of the full DL lifecycle, from data curation and feature engineering to training, evaluation, and deployment.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing extensive data, developing new metrics for our customers' vast data sets, and creating tools to classify and analyze the data effectively.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive performance analysis of automotive radar systems, including data collection, processing, and interpretation. Evaluate system performance in various scenarios.
Develop and implement algorithms and tools to process and analyze radar data. Extract relevant performance metrics and provide meaningful insights into system behavior and limitations.

As a PHY Algorithm Technical Leader, you will provide technical leadership for the development, modeling, configuration, and optimization of algorithms for advanced SerDes modem systems. Your work will contribute to Silicon One, a unified and programmable silicon architecture designed for service provider and web-scale markets.
