As Engineering Manager, youll be a technical leader, a team builder, and a strategic partner. Youll guide your team to deliver performance, scalable, and secure software solutions, while shaping culture, structure, and product direction. From technical design to org design, youll have a direct influence on how we work and what we build.
Youll work closely with Product, Architecture, and cross-functional teams to turn ambitious ideas into clean, production-ready code - while creating an environment where engineers grow, thrive, and do their best work.

Own recruitment, onboarding, and performance management for your team
Influence engineering-wide culture, org design, and cross-functional collaboration
Requirements: 3+ years of experience managing engineering teams
5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, including API design and distributed systems
Proven track record building and scaling high-volume, web-based solutions
Strong experience with cloud-native infrastructure, containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines
Skilled at building consensus across departments and aligning engineering with business goals
Experience managing full project lifecycles and technical teams, including performance management
Excellent communication in English (written and verbal)
