As a Senior Product Analyst, youll play a key role in shaping data-informed decisions by applying your expertise in data modeling, analysis, and effective communication. What youll do:
Partner with stakeholders to define clear KPIs that reflect both product health and performance as well as company goals.
Translate business needs into actionable analytical solutions through close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Work with Data Engineers and AI specialists to build scalable, consistent data models that enable deeper insights, including applications such as ranking systems, customer segmentation, and agent-driven automation.
Perform thorough data analysis to uncover trends, inform strategy, and deliver recommendations that enhance growth, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
Present insights in a clear and professional manner to support decision-making across the organization.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in product analytics, ideally within a product company, with the ability to independently lead end-to-end analytical initiatives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including statistical methods, predictive modeling, and high attention to detail.
Proven ability to build scalable data models and work cross-functionally, supporting business units with data-driven insights, including the use of AI-driven tools.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (Tableau -advantage).
Background in fintech or financial services -advantage.
Self-driven, proactive, and collaborative, with the ability to work independently as part of a global team.
