We're seeking an experienced Full-Stack engineer proficient in both front and back-end programming, dedicated to leveraging technology for impactful product development. As a key member of the application team, your role involves designing and developing scalable front-end solutions, web architecture, and end-to-end platform services. Collaboration with product managers, UX/UI designers, and Geo-information analysts is essential to deliver robust features.



Responsibilities

Build top-notch, scalable, and reusable code, adhering to best practices in software engineering, architecture, and processes, including code reviews and testing.
Take complete ownership of new features, collaborating with PMs to define requirements, design scalable solutions, and iteratively enhance them based on user feedback.
Lead the development and maintenance of microservices, contributing to the evolution of our architecture for enhanced scalability and modularity.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver high-quality software applications that align with both technical and business requirements.

Our team builds key communication capabilities within the Contact Center platform.
We own the Email communication channel, enabling businesses to manage scalable and reliable email interactions with their customers-from message ingestion and routing to the agent experience.
In addition, we are building a new product called Interaction Designer, which allows organizations to design and control what happens when a call or message arrives at the contact center. The platform enables smart routing, automation, and interaction flows across multiple channels, and includes AI-driven capabilities using modern tools and technologies to create smarter interaction experiences.

we are looking for a Software Engineer.
As a Software Engineer, you will be working in a dynamic and Agile engineering team of 20 based in Givat Shmuel in Israel.
You will contribute actively in the architectural design and software development tasks for different products such as the QSCD Qualified Signature Creation Device , Platform Seal and Signer Held. These products are implemented within the Cloud Agreement Platform and are scaled to be used world-wide. You are a great team player and help your colleagues to better perform in their jobs. You will collaborate with remote teams in a multicultural environment. You may be required to participate and/or present on technical subjects at both internal and customer-facing events. This position has no management responsibilities and requires an on call rotation.
