About the Role
As a Staff Product Manager on our Identity Resilience team, youll drive the strategy and execution of our core Identity resilience capabilities, expanding to new use cases, and ensuring our customers identity providers and infrastructure are continuously operational, secure, and compliant. Key Responsibilities
Own and execute the product roadmap for Operational Continuity across the Identity fabric - including Okta, Ping, Entra ID, Active Directory, and the connected infrastructure.
Balance customer needs, competitive dynamics, and business objectives, to drive outcomes that move the business.
Drive adoption and engagement of identity resilience features, working closely with enterprise customers to understand their pain points and requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and design, marketing, and sales to ensure the product roadmap aligns with business goals and customer needs.
Own the full product lifecycle, from ideation and discovery to launch and ongoing iteration.
Stay up to date on industry trends, identity security best practices, and compliance frameworks. Know what competitors ship before our customers ask about it.
Define key success metrics and use data-driven insights to make product decisions.
Represent the product internally and externally, serving as a subject matter expert in Identity Infrastructure Resilience.

Your Career The Cortex Cloud Identity Security product is responsible for helping customers understand who has access to what data and resources in their multi-cloud and SaaS environments, and critically, what their true effective permissions are. Identity is the new control plane and the most exploited attack vector in the cloud and in SaaS; this product eliminates the lateral movement and privilege escalation risks caused by excessive and unused permissions. As the Product Manager leading the Exposure Assessment domain, you will work closely with a highly skilled team of engineers, data stakeholders, and security researchers. Together, you will ensure customers can continuously understand, manage, and reduce exposure across their external attack surface.

This role is ideal for experienced Product Managers with experience working on cybersecurity products, who love to collaborate and communicate with external and internal stakeholders, deeply understand the problems they are solving, and make decisions using customer insights and data.

Responsibilities
Own the Exposure Analysis domain end-to-end, including strategy, roadmap, product flows, and execution.
