We are looking for a data & Artificial Intelligence Manager to lead the strategy, development, and operation of advanced data and artificial intelligence solutions to drive business growth, consumer intelligence, personalization, and operational efficiency.. This role is responsible for championing a data -first and AI-enabled culture while partnering cross-functionally with marketing, designers, digital, merchandising, supply chain, and technology teams to deliver scalable solutions and measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Develop and own the strategic vision for data and AI initiatives aligned with business objectives, directly impacting merchandising, marketing, inventory management, Customer Experience, eCom, etc.
Drive the design and implementation of consumer intelligence platforms, segmentation models, recommendation systems, personalization engines, and operational analytics to maximize lifetime value and brand affinity.
Build, lead, and mentor high-performing teams specializing in data science, analytics, and AI, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous development.
Champion ethical data usage, privacy compliance, and data governance across the organization, ensuring integrity and transparency in all consumer-facing and operational analytics efforts.
Collaborate with both technology and business teams to translate commercial requirements into robust data architectures, models, and product solutions.
Define and track key business impact metrics for analytics and AI-driven initiatives, including uplift in customer retention, order value, reactivation rates, and operational efficiencies.
Oversee the integration and adoption of new technologies, AI frameworks, data platforms, and best practices to support Real-Time, cloud-based, and scalable analytics solutions.
Act as a thought leader, driving the continuous improvement and adoption of cutting-edge data science techniques, AI methodologies, and innovative product solutions.
Requirements: Requirements:
At least 5+ years of progressive experience in data science, analytics, or AI leadership
3-5 years leading teams in consumer or apparel/retail-focused organizations
Proven record of applying AI and advanced analytics to personalize customer experiences, drive brand growth, and inform omnichannel strategies.
A degree in one of the following: Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science
Deep understanding of data privacy regulations and ethical considerations related to consumer analytics and AI
Strong strategic mindset, commercial understanding, and excellent communication skills
Experience in apparel, fashion, or retail sectors, specifically where consumer behavioral insights, brand affinity, and style preferences drive strategic decisions.
