Responsibilities:
* Take a key technical role in a Full-Stack team working on our proprietary optimization platform
* Architect and build high-scale, data -centric web systems
* Be a hands-on technical leader: code when needed, mentor others, solve complex challenges, and help drive the team forward
* Collaborate with product managers who work hand-in-hand with our performance teams
* Balance rapid delivery with long-term architecture and stability

Requirements: * 8+ years of development experience
* Strong backend skills with a microservices mindset using Node.js or Python
* Strong experience in system architecture, or strong development experience with an architecture mindset
* Comfortable working with both SQL and NoSQL databases
* Passion for building products that drive business value
* Clean coder, great communicator, proactive, and eager to grow into a leadership role
* Previous formal team lead experience is not required Advantages:
