Responsibilities:
Managing and implementing (Python) underwriting policies in the production environment.
Perform quality analytics checks to ensure the policy logic meets the defined requirements (Portfolio KPIs) and works correctly in all scenarios, with a direct impact on the overall performance and outcomes of the portfolio.
Conducting tests to evaluate each component of the policy configuration to validate the results.
Monitoring of the policy behavior in production and analyze if the actual results meet the expectations.
Demonstrate the ability to present and provide meaningful business insights from data.
Perform ad-hoc analysis to support business decisions.
Create innovative & interactive dashboards, scorecards, and weekly/monthly reports on the status of key business measurements tailored to all audiences (from executive management to business line employees) using BI tools, Python and SQL queries.

In this role youll:

Design and execute A/B tests on key flows and processes to strengthen fraud defenses and optimize detection capabilities
Monitor and analyze key metrics through fraud trend detection, feature tracking, experiments, and platform health monitoring to stay ahead of emerging threats
Model complex datasets using Snowflake, Python, and other tools to uncover hidden fraud patterns and business risks
