The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) will be responsible for running and growing our overall marketing strategy to drive growth, brand recognition, and market leadership
Responsibility will include both the acquisition of new logos and sales into our existing customers, with the goal of growing our companys revenue growth

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Leadership
Define and lead the global marketing strategy to position the company as a market leader in ITSM - Built the companys go-to-market strategy, through an ongoing analysis of the competitive landscape and the target audience
Build and scale a high-performing marketing organization.
Partner with the executive team to drive company growth and ARR targets.
Brand & Positioning
Develop a strong brand narrative and thought leadership in the ITSM space.
Ensure consistent messaging and positioning across all channels.
Strengthen market differentiation against competitors.
Demand Generation & Growth
Lead digital marketing, planned and executed the paid marketing channel to meet the growth and KPIs goals
Collaborate with Sales to optimize lead quality, conversion, and ROI.
Own marketing performance metrics and ensure alignment with revenue goals.
Product Marketing
Drive product positioning, go-to-market strategies, and launches.
Partner with Product Management to translate technical capabilities into customer value.
Enable Sales and Customer Success with competitive intelligence and value-based messaging.
Requirements: 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience,with SaaS companies selling B2B IT solutions in high velocity environment;
Minimum 5 years of experience as VP marketing in high-growth tech company with proven track record in building, growing and managing a high performing, efficient marketing organization.
Being part for growing revenues year-over-year for at least 3 years from over $20mm/year to over $50mm/year
Must have a record of quota achievement while still tightly managing P&L.
Must be someone who enjoys the entrepreneurial atmosphere of a small company, but has been through the experience of scaling up an enterprise to a significant organization size and revenues.
Ideal candidates will have gone through the high growth and scalability issues of a startup or high-growth stage company.
Experience working in a dynamic environment is mandatory as well as experience growing a company from nominal revenues to phenomenal revenues at least once in your career.
Experience scaling marketing organizations in a high-growth technology company.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire, develop, and scale teams globally.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical, strategic, and execution capabilities.
