In this role, the Migration and Modernization TL (Team Lead) will be responsible for the architecture, technology and implementation of migration and modernization solutions to production.
Your work will include leading the technological side of multiple solutions that are developed in multiple engineering teams and TL should be able to fully understand customers migration and modernization issues (working with customers and the field team) and translate these into a viable technical solution leveraging our own first-party solutions as well as third-party/partners solutions. Responsibilities
Be part of the core team responsible for the architecture, technology, and implementation of the AI code modernization solutions.
Work closely with customers to understand legacy/mainframe modernization challenges (working with customers and the field team) and translate these into a viable technical solution leveraging to be then driven to implementation.
Facilitate alignment and clarity across teams on goals, outcomes, and timelines. Influence and coach a distributed team of engineers, and work closely with the various stakeholders such as customers, partners, sales, delivery, and product.

Product Analytics aims to help developers, product managers and designers understand their users, take data-oriented product decisions and evaluate the impact of technical issues on their customer base. As a Senior Software Engineer on the Product Analytics Backend team, you'll join a new, fast-growing product area. You will help define our technical vision, influence the product roadmap, and solve complex engineering challenges at scale.

In Product Analytics, we consume and process data from multiple sources: clickstreams, user information, and data from third-party systems. Your work will be central to building a robust and flexible system that can ingest, manipulate, correlate and store all this data to have it efficiently queried by our end users.

Design, build, and maintain core backend systems for Product Analytics, ensuring scalability, reliability, and high performance.
Drive technical architecture decisions in alignment with product goals and collaborate closely with frontend and platform teams.

Participate in hands-on engineering work including coding, code reviews, and design reviews.

We're looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join our R&D team. You will work closely with our product team to build our unique product offering. As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will be responsible for building complex backend designs that are both scalable and fault-tolerant, developing our data ingestion pipeline and introducing new analysis engines.



What You'll Be Doing

Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve the software.
Youll have your domain of expertise in which you'll assist the product team with future directions, lead the technology and cooperate with other engineers.
Youll develop backend services that integrate with and ingest data from various cloud providers that store sensitive data.
Youll build pipelines that analyze, classify, correlate and process this data.
Youll build systems that detect anomalies in the ingested data for alerting the customer, that automatically resolve issues and that generate sophisticated yet easily consumable insights arising from the processed data.
Youll have end-to-end responsibility from the technical design phase up to making sure the system is scalable and can meet high customer demands in production.
Youll identify and solve for bottlenecks within our software stack.
