We are looking for a high-impact, experienced Project Manager to join our R&D team. As a Project Manager, you will implement and own a robust project-management methodology across our organisation. Youll drive the end-to-end lifecyclefrom requirements gathering through rollout and ongoing support, while continuously monitoring, analysing and improving how we deliver. Youll build and present KPIs to leadership, identify bottlenecks, streamline processes, and raise the bar on delivery quality and efficiency. Technical background is a strong advantage.
Responsibilities
Define, implement and champion a standardized Project Management methodology: covering scope definition, requirements capture, planning, execution, rollout, and post-deployment support.
Establish, track and present KPIs and dashboards for all major projects over time: metrics around delivery timelines, quality, resource utilisation, stakeholder satisfaction, risk & issue tracking.
Continuously analyse operational and delivery bottlenecks: surface areas of inefficiency, drive initiatives and improvements (processes, tools, documentation, communication) to boost throughput and quality. This includes shaping our Jira workflows to match the defined process and KPIs.
