As a Backend Engineer in the Nile group, youll build internal products and tools, used by thousands of our backend engineers. Our solutions and backend platforms, powers how we operate and evolve our production environment. Youll design and implement applicative infra tools that streamline the process of writing backend services, helping engineers deliver with confidence and speed.
In your day-to-day, you will:
Build scalable backend platforms that allow other backend engineers to easily create their backend services while focusing on their business logic
From idea to production, youll have full ownership; understand use cases and gather product requirements, design, code, alpha support, and ongoing maintenance
Collaborate closely with product managers and other backend engineers (our users) to bring ideas to life quickly and with quality. We focus on adoption and are committed to supporting our users
